Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Wall paper was hanging down from the wall. Bathroom area was old and not kept up to date. The chair in the room was broken. We stayed in the wings of the hotel which probably dated from the 1950's.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
clean, nice, overall good experience. Only problem: smoke detector in the hall-way kept on beeping all night long (low battery) and management wouldn't take the time to fix it. not the best night of sleep, but oh-well...
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
This place was sooo bad I could not believe it. The rooms were disgusting, the maids never bothered to change the sheets or provide fresh towels. The door peep hole was smashed in and the door appeared kicked in at one point. The furniture was pealing and the bathroom---oh my god, I didn't want to step foot into. One night we came back after a long outing and found someone had left the shower on running hot hot water all day. The room was flooded with steam and everything in the room was wet. The walls, electical ports, TV, linens, our clothes and personal property. When we reported this to the front desk they offered no assistance no apology no care. They just said "well, take the room next door". Every day we went out we took ANYTHING VALUABLE with us. I suspected they were looking for stuff to take. The list could go on but I have no more room. Whatever you do.....stay away.
Date of Stay:

smelly, rotten tomato in the dented refrigerator, shower grout moldy, cigarette butts under the bed in the non-smoking room, sticky rings on all the surfaces, dirty sheets.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
This was a quick business trip, but the hotel was dry but not too nice
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Check in clerk was helpful. Dirt, worn out furnishings, bathroom atrocious. The room was unclean, towels worn out beyond their useful life, bathroom was dirty and falling apart, light fixtures loose or broken, generally a horrible facility.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
the room was supposed to be non smoking, neither of us chose to have a shower as it was in an unpleasant state, overall not a very good experience. would not consider using it again or recommending it to anyone
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Place was falling apart and very dirty sink was cloged, shower was cloged, Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Beds were dirty sheets were old and stained.
Date of Stay:
March, 2009
The hotel was in a very poor part of town and very noisy both on Saturday and Sunday nght. The poor town I don't mind but the noise from the other vistors late at night (1:00 to 5:00 am) was not comforting.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Low price. Breakfast and dining facility was extremely lacking.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
i will never stay here again,it is discusting,a company with all that moneyshould know about this and take action, like a bull dozer to it.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
My room was not cleaned the first three days. The room was very small. No clean towels one of the days the room was cleaned. No hand towel or washcloth one day the room was cleaned. Desk staff was surly and rude. Washer, dryer, ice machine in the motel did not work. I would never stay there again no matter the price; even if it was free.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Burn holes on the vanity.
Date of Stay:

the hotel is a roach motel and needs new carpeting, paint, stained mattress, soiled brown and concave mattresses like sleeping on a hill...bathrooms not clean...and towels had someones else's hair still in a ""clean towel"" very gross will not stay here again
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Jacuzzi. Location. The hotel was very outdated and certainly not worth the money expected.
Date of Stay:
September, 2006
I booked three rooms. All three romms were in need of repair. Wallpaper falling off the walls, in need of paint. shower floor was very unstable in one of the bathrooms, smelled of smoke and other unpleasant odors in non-smoking rooms, and numerous lights out.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Fast and friendly. Soap and shampoo left open in shower. It's a one star hotel off the throughway. A fairly clean place to stay and inexpensive. The room could have been prepared better but the staff was courteous.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Room was large and bright. Appeared to have been recently updated (not the common spaces, but the rooms). The breakfast buffet was not the best. Items ran out quickly, but it was adequate no less. I found it surprisingly nice. The room was big and had a private balcony that looked onto the lawn and the pond behind it. The common areas could use some work, but once the door to the room was shut behind you, you felt as if you were in a room that should be rated at least one start level above what it is rated.
Date of Stay:
September, 2006
I have stayed at hundreds of motels and this one was a memorable experience of the worst kind. Absolutely disgusting. When staying in Springfield whatever you do - choose another place. I can't even fathom a worse option than this one.
