The hotel was centrally located to the downtown area,mall,airport,museums,freeway,eating areas, and most all close to family and friends. Nice place to stay. Would return again!

Very good location and very friendly staff. Other guests caused the continental breakfast to be severely scaled down on day 2. Very good hotel. I would stay there again.

I was in Louisiana for my Family Reunion and I had scheduled a three night stay at the hotel. I returned to the hotel on the evening of my second night stay to room that was unclean and the bed was not made up. I returned to the hotel on the last evening of my stay to where there were no towels. I went to the front desk to get towels and all that they had were the larger towels. I was glad to be out of there when it was time for me to check out. Another comment: the towels were rough and hard.

I found that It's a great hotel to get caught up on rest. The room were really quite. The staff were very friendly. Location was perfect. Quarter mile off of the interstate. I would recommend staying there.

The room was clean. Rude service, business center in dining room only open at breakfast after 900 am customers cannot use them. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Why I do not know. Business center only open at breakfast, a night mare.

The room and ice machine were great. The one who looked into our room also tried to come into the room to strip the bed before we had completely moved out.

It was a convenient location so we may stay there again. Hotel workers were pleasant enough just not enough breakfast food for amount of people staying there and lacking enough freshly made coffee. If this is important to you then find another place. This was before 8 am.

Good mattress and TV. Dangerous ingress/egress, poorly-marked, had to climb stairs, plead for non-smoking.

My children loved the pool area, we spent most of our time there. the service was great. i liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes.

Nothing at all. The receptionist lied to me as soon as I walked in the door. I was lied to when I arrived, when asked about the pool, she said they had one, which was the reason we booked it, my room was average when I walked in, but the air conditioner didn't work, so we switched rooms, the T.V. didn't work, and when we looked at the pool, it was disgusting, black at the bottom. I went down the street, and rented a room for 114.00, my room was great, and went back to the hotel to check out, my whole visit at this hotel was probably 30 minutes long.
