Great for travelling on a budget- clean, includes continental breakfast(all the basics) and great, friendly staff.

Very run down and musty - not a very safe area - further from the falls.

Hotel sited well down Lundy's Lane, not within easy walking distance of Falls.

Unfortunately we stayed over the Holiday weekend, and prices were doubled, which made the stay worse. The rooms are musty, and stale. The beds are on platforms and hard a rock. My husband had a terrible night sleeping, I had to drive home because he had not rested through out the night. The Rise and shine breakfast was joke, it was like a bait and switch, if they offer a poor continental (or subcontinental ) breakfast, then they offered yourthe up-graded breakfast for * additional. Many patrons in the breakfast room were upset with how the breakfast was handled. The place needs up graded in a hurry. The Television channels are very limited to seven stations, but in the office, they have a satilite dish, so if you want to see CNN or the News you have to hang around the front desk to catch up on the news. There are too many other better hotels on Lundy's Lane. Stay away from this ONE.

Bathroom was notclean and cracked tiles on the floor. The room was not clean. When we arrived we waited in the lobby for about 5-10 minutes. While the only staff was on the phone, free breakfast was mini donuts and bread for toasting and coffee, juice etc. We ended up paying 5 bucks for a breakfast. Overall was ok.

There were enough towels. It was over priced. Noisy. Smelly. Didn't have enough parking. Does not enforce it's no smoking policy. The place is on a strip of hotels/motels that range from decent to seedy. The Howard Johnson's Express is marginally above seedy. The air conditioning had one speed/temperature: fridge. The repair man came and didn't fix it. It is a no smoking facility but they allow people to smoke and party on the balconies. So the air conditioning units let the smoke right into the room. The staff just shrugs and says, there's nothing we can do, they're outside. But do they need to supply them with outdoor furniture so they can sit there all night listening to music thumping from their car radios! The mattresses had long since passed being comfortable and there was very little drawer space. This was a serious disappointment. But if you're 19 and looking for a place to party, this is your kind of spot!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Rooms opened to outside, not to a hallway. Good value. Very clean. Would stay again, but would choose a hotel that had indoor hallways. Friendly, helpful staff.

The swimming pool was warm and the staff were friendly. We had 2 adults and 2 children in our party. Not enough room for the luggage. I really have no complaints, except for not enough flat surfaces for the luggage. Room was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. The grand kids enjoyed the pool more than the falls. Well, what do you expect, they're kids.

Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. Everything. I have never written a review of a hotel before, but this one was so bad that I have to encourage others to avoid it. In a nutshell, maybe the rudest front desk clerk ever. He was a miserable elderly gentleman that thought because my friends dropped me off, they were staying in the room and demanded that I pay more. The hotel is in a questionable neighborhood with a string of massage parlors and strip clubs. As a result many of the other rooms will filled with men who can arguably be described as patrons. Many of these rooms were drinking until 2:00 am, 3:00 a.m. and later with music being played from their car stereos. My bathroom was disgusting, the ice machine rarely was working. Just a horrible experience. You could not pay me enough to go back again and if I have a similar experience, I will never use it again.

The bathrooms have been updated to be attractive and have a nice shower head. The beds are like sleeping on plywood. The room is dark and smells bad. This is an old hotel that has some upgrades, mostly the restrooms. I would not stay here again. The desk staff was friendly, but the waitress was not.

Convenient to QEW shortly after crossing from US. Nothing. Easy to find, convenient to QEW shortly after crossing from US to Ontario via Peace Bridge. Had crib in room as requested. Casual checkout time made it nice for us having arrived at 1:30 a.m.

Friendly Staff. The carpet had dark spots, most channels on the TV were fuzzy, Had to air out the room, very strong cleaners. The only good thing about this hotel was friendly staff. I would not recommended this hotel if you are traveling with small children. The TV was fuzzy, my son couldn't even watch his shows on PBS. The ice machine was broken during our 2 day stay. As for the location, it is few blocks away from the outlet mall and about 8 min drive to the Falls during weekdays.

They offered an upgrade as soon as we checked in. Our room was not stocked with shampoo and conditioner. It was a very nice room for the price we paid. The staff was great. They offered us an upgrade to a better room for a very minimal cost.

Close to attractions, spotless room, comfortable mattress. Nothing. Close to major attractions and shopping, convenient access, clean comfortable rooms, with suites available that include heart-shaped hot tubs. All for a great price. Highly recommend.

Clean. Friendly Staff; Accommodating. Out of the center of the action. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Met our traveling needs. Good value for the money.
