My husband got this room for me as I was on the road driving. It was a Saturday night and he was worried he wouldn't find availability elsewhere, so he paid $70 for the room. I find that price too high for this hotel and the room. I felt that the room was costly in relation to the upkeep of the hotel. It seemed clean, but quite worn. The hall carpet was stained. The walls of the room were marked and slightly dented. The bathtub clean, but stained.

Absolutely nothing. Very dirty in and poor service, pillows worn out. Everything. This was the worst experience I have ever had in all my travels. Horrible. Smell of mold, damp carpet, soiled linens. Second day linen was not changed, and am sure it wasn't changed before we checked in due to the looks of the sheets. I am 62 yrs old and never have seen or had such a bad experience. All so my son and daughter in law also stayed at the Ramada Inn and their experience was as ours, we will never come again and will make this public. To all our horse show friends and church family's. Very disappointed.

Front desk was very helpful Check in was fast and prompt. The room was clean and they already had the heat on a very cozy temp. Which most hotels the room is either freezing or burning up when you arrive. The Mexican restaurant attached to this hotel was excellent ( food, service) the only disappointment was the bar stools in the pictures are saddle stool and actually they have regular bar stools. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend the restaurant to anyone passing thru.

I was locked out of my room because they wanted a pet fee to be paid in advance which I was unaware of. The 1st night no one knew why I had been locked out of our rooms. 2nd time I was told I owed a fee which I paid. They left no message for me other than locking me out of my room. We stayed an extra night. I was quoted a lower rate than what I was charged. The maid service was not wanted on one room. They did not provide service for the other one either. Coffee pot was broken. Rooms were large with refrigerator and micro wave. For the money I spent it was still a good deal.

The front desk clerk is a jewel! Room was dirty, advertised deluxe breakfast it was a joke. This hotel was advertised as having a deluxe breakfast and it did not. Coffee was cold, bagels were left out uncovered, no attendant on duty to supervise things. The coffee never got refilled. The mirrors in the hotel room were dirty and the coffee pot was dirty, they never got cleaned the whole time we were there. the front desk area was locked until 6 AM in the morning. We could not get into the lobby at all! Someone had painted over old wall paper on the walls throughout and did a terrible job. This hotel does not deserve a star rating. I will never do that again, and will never stay at a Howard Johnson's again!

Glad we were only there for 1 night....hallways and room smelled old and dirty. Room appeared to be clean. Walls were thin, we could hear people in the room next door. Beds were very uncomfortable...pillows flat, beds too soft. Breakfast was cereal, muffin & juice. I've stayed at better!

I felt like I was in a Horror Movie. Needs to be updated and needs more lighting. The sofa bed looked and felt like something that was found on the side of the road.

Although this is an older hotel, it is very clean, quiet and a large room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was helpful and courteous, what more do you need with a room? The bonus was that they allowed pets and had a slider out to a grass area to let the dog out. They also are right next to the interstate(but I could not hear the traffic from my room)and very close to multiple good restaurants and MTSU. If you are not one that requires a fancy or new room, or an exciting continental breakfast, this is definitely a deal. I visit MTSU for my daughter's multiple horse shows and have stayed in a variety of hotels in Murfreesboro and this is the best for the money for sure.

It was very clean and quiet. There was no elevator. This is a very clean and efficiently run hotel. I will stay here again.
