I stayed at this motel while watching my daughter compete in the 2008 UANA Synchronized Swimming championships at the Talisman Centre. This motel was very conveniently located to the Talisman Centre and the Downtown area. It is next to MacLeaod Trail which does create a fair amount of road noise, however, I had no trouble sleeping. The motel is not new but seems to be clean and reasonably well remodled and appointed. My room was very clean and wireless internet worked very well. I needed basic accomadations in a convenient location at a reasonable price. If you're looking for that, I recommend this motel. If you're looking for luxury, find another motel but be prepared to pay a much higher amount. There are lots of eating establishments within minutes and the large Chinnock Shopping Centre is just about a mile down the road.

Nothing. It was dirty , poorly maintained. I left them a list of my concernsbut whatever. Will never stay there again. I have stayed at the HOJO here there is no comparison.

A great place to stay. Close to the city centre, plenty of choice for food within a few minutes drive. Easy to find.

me and mi wife stayed for 3 days it was ok the room kind of small but we did not have no problems, if your looking for a place to stay a couple of days its ok but if your claustrophobic you might want to keep looking.

After reading the reviews of the hotel on the site I was a little concerned but after staying, it was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the service, as long as you are not expecting a 5 star hotel, you will find it to be comfortable at a great rate! I would definetly recomend.

This hotel is overpriced, not any amenities, on a busy road, NOT NEAR THE AIRPORT

The TV worked. Too noisy apparently, no rules about unruly visitors or guests. The desk staff only seemed interested in getting a credit card number and gave no indication where and when or when breakfast would be available. There was the steady noise of other patrons outside and inside the adjacent rooms well into the early morning hours yelling slamming doors and driving in and out of the parking lot. It was apparent the staff could care less about the noise and traffic of unruly guests or their visitors. This is for sure the first and last time I stay at any of this chains hotels the place is glaringly out of step with any quality service to any patron.

No Lifts, absolutely no sound proofing in the rooms and rather shabby interior apart from en-suite. It was classed as non-smoking, but the room smelt strongly of stale smoke - it was obviously in the fabrics of the room.

The hotel is actually a renovated motel but is very clean and staff are friendly. The room was very small and the toilet tissue holder needs to be in a different spot. It's not noisy though is right on MacLeod Trail. Price was right.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great nights sleep The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The great night’s sleep we got was well worth the money.

I'll start with the pluses: the location is about five minutes from any place you want to go. The outside is an attractive hotel - the inside however made me feel like I'd book a no name roadside motel. Dingy, darkk, lightbulbs burnt out, burn holes in the carpet, stinky & noisy hallway - even the window screen had a big gaping hole!No sevices other than a little office by the front desk where you can get cereal and muffins in the morning.Great for an overnight trip where all you do is sleep in your room - otherwise cross the road to Days Inn or some other hotel!

It was located near my customers. It was small and unkempt. Would not recommend, it was small, cramped, not very clean and the room heater would not turn off.

Clean rooms at an affordable price! We got a great price and a great room, cleaning was great and location was terrific would definetly stay there again.

Nothing. Everything. Dirty, room very old, no air and heat on all the time.

This has to be the dingiest, dirtiest hotel I've stayed at in 15 years. The carpets were badly stained, the rooms were so small, you couldn't open your suitcase anywhere except on the single queen bed. Ugh! Never Again. And it claims to be close to the airport!! Hah! It's an hour away.

Front desk tried to be helpful. Room size, narrow halls, thin wall, did not feel safe. I would not stay at this hotel again, I did not feel safe, the room was very small, you could hear every movement in the hallways, door closing, 2 people could not pass in the hallway, the stairways equally narrow and not clean.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Close to the chinook mall. Room was old, smelly, small, and noisy from traffic. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re the type of traveler that doesn't care at all where you sleep. If you have any standards whatsoever you will not be happy with this room.
Date of Stay:
July, 2004
"Room is cramped, there is virtually no room! Either on the bed or you are outside!"
