The hotel looks a bit motelish from the outside (especially compared to the Holiday Inn next door), but once we were inside we were happily surprised to find the room spacious and clean and very comfortable. We were also very happy to find that we had a balcony and an indoor jacuzzi. It turns out that none of the settings for the jacuzzi worked, so it was more of a big bathtub, which was still nice. This hotel is VERY close to Binghamton University and within walking distance to many nice restaurants (Panera, Friendly's...) and a shopping complex. Great location and nice rooms.

The staff was friendly and informative. Jacuzzi tub didn't work and smelled like mold. Very small hotel with nice size rooms however smelled moldy and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Not very happy with hotel. The staff was very friendly and informative.

My wife and I were traveling to Binghamton for a funeral. The hotel is the worst I have stayed. The staff was fine, but the hotel is ready for renovation.

This hotel was within walking distance of a couple local and chain restaurants. In general the whole property was well past its prime.

I didn't like this hotel. The room! The room was a dump. I had a million bed bug bites! The room smelled old and musty.

Quiet, good for resting after a long day of work. No gym.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole hotel and especially the rooms, smelled awful. It's old, dingy, and smelly. My first room smelled like vomit. Fortunately, they were able to move me. Everything was old, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were apologetic about the room and gave me a discount coupon for future stays. If you're desperate, this hotel is safe.

It is close to shopping and restaurants. Employee at the desk was not friendly. There is nothing special about this hotel but it is clean and convenient to area attractions.

The fact that it is to be torn down and replaced. It has seen better days. When the new Holiday Inn Express replaces it in the near future, it will be an improvement for travelers in that neighborhood.

Room smelled of cigarettes. I got numerous bug bites in the room.

Nothing. The heat didn't work. We stayed at one of your hotel changes in vestal nay on February 5th 2007 I have never stayed any where. That was so unorganized in my entire life first let me start off by saying that when we booked this room the room was supposed to come with a microwave oven and a refrigerator and we had neither. The room was so cold that my daughter got sick a room should be more than 58 degrees when its 15 below outside we could of slept in the hall way and been warmer. There was no heat in the bathroom and your drive well you need skis to get in and out of that. We also had to go out at 11pm to the front desk and get towels because we only had 1 in the bathroom. Needless to say we will never ever stay at your hotel again and will not recommend your hotel to anyone. Room # 121 Daniel & Lisa smith.

Good price, good location, helpful staff. No cribs for children, bed not comfortable. This was an acceptable accommodation for the price. I didn't have breakfast there b/c it closed at 9:00 which I thought was kind of early. We stayed at economy lodge the following night and they closed breakfast at 10:30. Friendly staff though.

The outdoor pool was clean & available into the evening. Saw a couple of flying ants in the room; poor breakfast svc. My two sisters and I shared a double bed room and had a really fun time. Hotel was easy to find, near other amenities and generally clean. Balcony allowed easy access for one to smoke outside. We had fun in the outdoor pool that had a smooth liner- no brush burns on feet or knees. No breakfast available at 9:50 AM - even coffee was out. Overall, it was a good value for us and met our modest needs for central location, price & amenities. We would stay there again .

A small-town friendliness, esp. in the face of lost records. Difficult traffic situation on the Vestal Parkway. This hotel cannot be beat for the price. a terrific value. Sure, there is constant traffic on the Parkway, but sit poolside and look in the other direction: lovely green mountains that give the sense of a remote setting.

Location, friendly staff and the pool. Could not switch to two double beds. Everything was great but they wanted $11.00 more per night for 2 double beds rather that one King sized bed.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Could only enter from one direction from road Overall, not bad for the price. It is convenient to SUNY-Binghamton and a large shopping district.
