The hotel staff was very friendly. The room smelled! It didn't look clean! The hotel staff was the only bright spot. The room smelled like body odor and wet dog. I do not recommend this hotel.

Well our main trip for going out east was to see Obama getting sworn in. This was the closest in the area for (air and hotel) package to D.C., that we found that was affordable. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Thou I think some of the employees should get new shirts, when we first arrived the lady was wearing a really stained beat up shirt. We had a couple of problems with the room like the TV and coffee maker but the gentlemen that was working that night went above and beyond to make it right. He also recommended some great delivery places and found the food to be terrific!! It served our needs, we used it has a base camp, traveled to NYC for a night, and Atlantic City for the day, and our 2 times driving back and forth to D.C. So if you are looking for a hotel that is like a resort, this is not the place for you, but if looking for a place to sleep and shower that I found clean and on a budget GO for it!

Great staff, and cleanliness. Did not have an elevator. This hotel was awesome! I really recommend it. We went to Philly for the attractions, but the hotel was just outside of Philly. It was great!

Our first stay. The hotel was in good condition. The room was large. All three of the desk staff we came in contact with were super nice. The breakfast was good. LOTS of traffic, as it is VERY close to the NJ Turnpike. If you can avoid traffic, it is only minutes from Downtown Philly. Traffic can add a half hour or more, though. We would definitely stay again.

There was NO internet service for the 6 days I was there, but the ""staff"" kept saying it was working fine and my computer was the problem. Yeah, right, sure, whatever.

I knew I wasn't going to be staying at the Ritz, but I certainly hoped that the HoJo would offer more than it did. Upon entering the building, a man with the WORST odor greeted us. The front desk lady wasn't too bad, but had a hard time finding my reservation. We headed right to our room and found that, even though it said NON smoking, the previous guest OR the housekeeper had disassembled the smoke alarm and had a grand ol time smoking up a storm. The town itself is nice, but the loding is a joke.

The rooms weren't too bad other needing updated. The bathroom door is pretty beat up and they tried painting the edges but it still doesn't look very good. The walls are kind of thin because you can hear people in the next room if they are loud. Also the slamming room doors at late hours gets annoying. The beds weren't too bad and the size of the room is nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and always checking to make sure things were alright. There are alot of good places to eat within a 4 miles of the hotel.

Quick check-in and clean lobby & room. Small toilet area. Just off turnpike. Restaurants, shopping, services and best Philly pretzels at a Philly Pretzel Factory.

Unbelievable find. Great staff, fixed internet (wireless) in a day, compared to the price and appearance of close hotels hands down this is the best! Drove to D.C., New York, Philly, Newark. Very close to major roads.

the hotel was easy to find, but it had somewhat of a creepy feel. the front desk guy was very helpful even though we arrived at 1am. free breakfast in the morning was the usual cereal, donuts, bagels, coffee, and juice, but i had no complaints. the room was kind of outdated and the bed was a little on the hard side. there was a mini fridge, coffee machine, and safe. i only saw one bug in the bathroom, but something tells me that's not uncommon. overall the place made me feel uneasy and i don't think i'd stay there again. but, for the price it's a good deal.

Very clean, free breakfast. No napkins with meal, shoddy TV. Clean hotel, staff was very friendly and courteous. But hard to get here from Philly, but if you know you're way and don't mind traffic. The breakfast had some good variety, but no napkins were in sight, nobody around to ask. The TV had strange reception. Would stay again, easily.

The hotel location to all of the places that I wanted to visit. Noise from the other guests above and next to our room because the walls and floors were thin. The walls and floors were so thin that we could hear the other guests walking above our room and next door.

We loved the location of the hotel but you could hear sounds from adjoining rooms and slamming entry doors. The closed in hallway in the non smoking section seemed to carry noises down the hall and amplify them. The room size is comfortable, the beds are a little on the firm side (maybe a pillowtop mattress pad would help soften it up a little) but I would still stay there again.
