Building hotel was very poor (examples: exterior door panel was broken, several lights not working, interior walls in terrible condition). The room was on the ground floor and upstairs room residents create excessive noise. Residents using the exterior stairs and balcony walkway also created excessive noise. The lobby lounge and breakfast area was clean but is poor condition and could not handle the number of diners.

It was quiet at night. I plan to stay ther every time I am in Houston.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel i've ever stayed in! It was really run down and had a very musty smell in the room. Smelled like the carpet had been wet and they put mothballs in to cover it up. Really bad!

The only thing going for this hotel is it's location - Reliant Arena, Texas Medical Center, & nearby IH 610.

Nothing. Mold & smell bed was not made when we came. Moldy & smelly, bed was not made when we came, started to get a headache & sneezed as soon as I got into the room.

This hotel had a great staff, but was majorly run down. There was cracked door jams, with broken wood, and paint chipped off. It was pretty sad.

Non smoking room smelled smoke. Bed were dirty. We found bugs. Service did not provide the requested extra towels. Bad service. There's not hot water and instead of fixing it, we had to move to another room after we already unloaded our belongings. We left next day, went to the hotel down the road next to a nice barbeque restaurant and front of the football stadium.
