we were very pleased with the stay.

Convenient location. Not clean, smell, real dark around hotel. My check out time from priceline was 12pm, they didn't give me a chance and keep rushing me out at 11am,I had to finish getting dress out side,I really didn't appreciate that.

The hotel was very nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again in the future. My room was located on the back side of the hotel and the parking was not so great. But all and all the hotel was nice and clean and I felt safe during my stay!!!

This was probably the worst management I've ever encountered in a hotel. If you're going to Disney and plan on staying until the parks close, do NOT stay here... unless you want to pay 25 each night via cab back to the hotel. They say "free shuttle" but that shuttle stops running at 9:30pm and 8:30pm on Sunday. Plus you have to get on it too early... the parks aren't even open yet! They then lead you to believe free breakfast in the morning. only when you get finished eating, they charge you 6 ea. for it. Our room didn't even get cleaned hardly! The bedspread was just thrown on the bed, clearly wasn't vaccumed, dirty towels were left hanging in the bathroom area. It was terrible. Nothing felt clean, partly because most was not cleaned. The pillows were the thinest I've ever seen. I had to stack two together just to make it partly normal. The bed literally hurt my shoulder (from just sleeping on the side a few hours) because it was so hard. Spend alittle extra money and stay somewhere else! This hotel is not worth any amount you could save. On top of everything, the cab was 50 from the airport to the hotel. Spend this 100 (from boths ways) and stay somewhere else!

for the money this place can't really be beat. Pool was fairly large, warm and clean. Hot tub was also good size. Room however, smelled better than the Red Jacket Inn, but still not as fresh as could be. Toilet was almost on the floor, and only about 2 feet in front of you was the wall. Too small for a large person. Pillows also not so comfy. Also, transportation to parks is not very convenient, leave 1 time return 1 time. Overall good value for travelers that will be out and about most of the time, and wanting to spend the bulk of their money on entertainment and activities like us.

Location and proximity to attractions, internal site ticketing for attractions. Roaches, other small bugs, expensive breakfast and internet printing. Staff were nice but the place overcharged for printing from the net, $1 per page! (A prior one was first 2 pages free, then 10 cents each after; and still another place let us print our 6 boarding passes all for free). Also did not expect the added resort fee that they tacked on when we arrived. Nice big fridge however, and the service at the internal ticketing to local attractions was great. Fixtures/faucets were pretty shabby and run down.

nice place to stay. Front desk is friendly. Very quick room service. This motel met my expectation. I would stay here again and again.

Check in was very easy but the lobby is filthy!! It tends to let know what to expect when you get to the room. Not well maintained. Going up to the rooms th youe stairs are sticky from soda, ice cream or something. Old mattress under the stairs. Used condoms on the stairs. Disgusting!! When you enter the room there are two double beds non smoking which we asked for. Long bureau, table and two chairs. Everything is old. Black multi colored carpeting. Small refrigerator. Inside the fridge the shelves have rusted shelves. The bathroom needs HELP. Tile floors which do not even fit the entire floor. Big gap between the door and floor the same gap between the floor and the tub enclosure. They had some little tiny bugs running on the bathroom counters. When asked the management they told me it was because of the humidity and being in Florida. Trust me I travel to Florida many times a year and I have not been in a place like this before. I think I will be staying in a timeshare from now on. No more Howard Johnson's for me.If you do stay here bring your own cleaning supplies.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was old and not the greatest. For a few bucks more you can stay else where and get breakfast included. The staff were the worst. They were liers who outright lied straight to my face. I was duped into staying another night by the staff who promised me certain things and reassured me that he will make certain of it. But the next morning denied any such conversation and said no. The phone in the room didn't work for incoming calls and even that they didn't believe me which I had to prove to them, it already looked as though they changed it once before as the room number on the phone didn't match the actual room number. So I missed the wake up call twice for the shuttle service to disney and had to pay myself for gas and parking. Also internet didn't work in the rooms as they advertise, they said I had to come in the lobby and use it...after I checked in. In the end this place is a dump and there is way too may other places to choose from to settle for this dump.

The room was amazingly cheap, and it proved to be a good place to sleep for a couple of nights. The room was a good size, had a refrigerator and microwave, and was clean. Although it was slow at certain times of the day, there was free wireless Internet access. The hotel and room, however, also showed their age: the carpet had stains all over the place (although it was sufficiently clean that my white socks did not get dirty), and the electrical outlets were mostly in inconvenient locations. The water from the faucet also tasted yucky, but that's also true in the Magic Kingdom, so it's not uncommon around here. The pool and hot tub were not large. I did not use them, but there were plenty of kids playing around in them, so I suspect they did their job just fine. The front desk people I dealt with were not overly friendly. but they were professional and got the job done. They also spoke perfect English and Spanish and addressed all my concerns. This motel charged a $2.50 "resort fee," but that is disclosed on its web site and on the Orbitz site. So even though I think resort fees should be banned, I was not surprised. Overall, this is a decent budget motel if you're visiting Disney World. It's not the nicest place, but I saw luxury cars in the parking lot, so there were people of all income levels there. The location is probably 10 minutes from Disney property, and there are lots of restaurants and tourist stores around. Although I did not use it, there was a safe in the room, so it'd be wise to store valuables in it or to keep them on you. I did not feel unsafe, per se, but there are no guards separating the parking lot and rooms from the rest of the world, so it seemed prudent to be cautious.

The hotel was in a good location on Irolo Bronson Memorial Highway (192), close to 535. It was next to a Pizza Hut, Bob Evans, Taco Bell and Arby's. There was an Indian restaurant attached the front of the hotel. The rooms were basic with a microwave and refrigerator. There was a nice size tv that provided some movie channels. Parking was sometimes slim as we were on the backside of the hotel with only one row of parking available. The beds were not overly comfortable and the first night we were there the ice machine was not working. My only other complaint would be the ants that were on the sink vanity.

It looks a lot nicer on their web site than it actually was. Older hotel with cracks in the walls. Pool was nice, but temperature was set too high. Pools are made to cool off in & it was warmer than bath water. Location was good. Very close to everything in Orlando. fridge was broken & so was the microwave. Coffee pots are little half cup makers. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was okay - nothing fancy. The pool and hot tub was clean and not over ran by kids. The desk was helpful. I would recommend the hotel if you are not looking for frills.

The outside of this hotel looks fine it has nice decorations and looks good around the beautiful scenery Florida has to offer. But when my family and I got in the inside it was non welcoming. The clerk acted as if she didn't want to be bothered,we got to our room which looked nothing liked what was shown on they're photo display. The swimming area looked okay until you got into it.I advise you to donot get in unless you want to be itching like crazy afterwards! Their fitness room is a mess it smelled like strong mildew!Which was never clean of all the days I was there!! the bus service was ridiculous you had to hurry to get on the bus to get to the park and when leaving or the bus driver would just leave you.But to top it all off the last day when my family and I were anxious to leave there was a huge cockroach that came out of nowhere!!!! We were disgusted! We are coming back to Florida in September but not to this filthy hotel! U'd be better off in a shelter!!!
