All rooms are well appointed with colors of the tropics and large picture windows featuring a variety of amenities.
Additional Property Information:

Rooms with no one above the age of 25 must pay a one time $45 damage waiver for insurance (non refundable) covers up to $1,500 in accidental damages. This damage waiver is mandatory for all guests during the month of March.

Cancelation policy:
For normal dates (no holidays or special events) there is a 3 day cancelation policy. Canceling after making reservation is $45. Canceling within 3 days of arrival date is the first night's room & tax plus $45. Holidays and special events have a 10 day cancelation policy.
