The Westminster Hotel is situated right in the heart of Paris. Visitors will find it on Rue de la Paix, between the Place Vendome and the Opera Garnier. This Paris hotel is within easy walking distance of the Louvre and many other popular attractions.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful front desk and concierge staff. Room needed some refurbishing (torn chair, cracked mirror). This hotel is situated in an excellent location, near the Opera and the Ritz, and close to the Louvre. The lobby is pretty and welcoming but our room needed some maintenance. We also needed to upgrade since our original room was quite small.

The hotel is located in a very upscale part of Paris. If you want to see the "tourist" part of the city, then you must travel to different areas. Of course, there is a Metro located nearby in the Opera, but I elected to travel top-side, in order to see the little things that most tourists miss. The room was small, but quaint. The housekeeping service took good care of me and my needs. One complaint I have is the noise level. At night, anyone in the hallway could be heard clearly, especially conversations and slamming doors. I habitually heard the squeaking wheel of the room service cart as it went up and down the hallway. The hotel should look into sound proofing guests' rooms. Also, the air conditioning vent was positioned on the wall as to blow directly into your face as you slept, which was quite bothersome. Considering Paris, I would probably stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful lobby and helpful staff. This hotel is in a very nice location. The rooms was not huge, but very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was extremely clean and there was a large marble shower. I plan to stay at this hotel the next time I return to Paris. It met or exceeded all of my expectations.

We loved the HOTEL WESTMINSTER--the superior room featured flat screen tv, spacious bath--only drawback not sure if it should have included at least a queen size bed, we got a full size.

Hotel was the perfect location for our 30th Anniversary celebration. Metro is ~ 50 yds away and the area around the hotel has lots of sights, cafes and shopping. Service at hotel was excellent.

Champagne free for honeymoon. Free internet. Thieving housekeepers. Small rooms. Thieving housekeepers stole my wife's razor cell phone, revo sunglasses and who knows what else. I would not return to this hotel.

Location. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful. As all Eurepeon hotels the room was smaller than Americans are use to, but my wife and I spent 7 great nights here. After looking at other hotels around the city I have to say this is a great place.

"Perfect location. Walk to Louvre, Orsy, the finest shopping in the world, Rue de Rivoli, Opera, Tuillieres, the Seine, the Left Bank, Notre Dame. 2 blocks to all public transport and tour lines. Decor, ambience - elegant. Service - impeccable. Must walk up stairs to guest elevator, staff elevator available. English spoken. Area felt safe day and night. Safety box, mini-bar. Travel website discount impressive. Taxi -55 Euros from CDG. Room is what one expects in 4 star European standard rooms. "

Location. Size of the room. In an excellent location between L'Opera and Place Vendome. This hotel is easy walking distance to the Louvre, Jardins des Tuileries and the Rue de Rivoli. Those accustomed to North American room sizes will find the standard rooms at the Westminster very cramped, but this isn't unusual for Paris city hotels. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and well maintained.

Friendly staff, awesome room service, easy to find. Absolutely nothing. Arrived early and I was allowed to check in immediately. The staff was very friendly and room service was great. The hotel was easy to find too! Great place.

Bed is too uncomfortable, room is too small. As above, bed gives me aches and pain sleeping on it. The hotel location is excellent but room is too small, at least that is my room anyway.

Friendly helpful staff. Size of the room. Excellent location very close to subway and within walking distance of the louver, jar dins des toiletries and the rue de ravioli. The room was tidy and clean. The only disappointment was the size of the room - hardly larger than the two single beds it contained.

Location, location, location. Helpful staff, beautiful lobby. $20 parking per night, expensive room service and restaurant. The Hotel Westminster is in the perfect location. Quick access to world class shopping, the Louver, the Opera, and the Ritz Hotel is less than a block away. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in but it was well kept and the staff was concerned about our comfort. The bed was poor but sufficient. Based on location I would stay here again.
