The Weisse Kreuz was charmful - located in the heart of old Innsbruck. The staff was friendly, helpful and really help me perconally. I also was very impressed with the continental breakfast, Sure that iwill stay here again/

The location is fantastic. You are in walking distance to many historical and fun things to do in Innsbruck. The bad is the main street in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy at night. This is from midnight to daylight. Even though it is a mall like street, the buildings are very close and echoes throughout the 3 blocks that the hotel is on.

Quaint,very old building,but beautifully looked after. Thoroughly enjoted the atmosphere of this old hotel,as well as breakfast and the view from the breakfast room.

While we agree that the ancient old hotel has a very traditional character, some of the paintings as well as the theme colour of the hotel (esp. the room doors) are real scary. The breakfast is excellent.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The majority spoke good english as my german, I have to confess is very poor. The hotel was well placed in the centre of the old town. The breakfast includede most anything anybody would want, and certainly kept us going till lunch time. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel. The room was tiny, but in Europe, I would not have expected any less, and certainly not at the great price I paid. Service was good, as they spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful. The location is the real attraction here, though: it is right in the heart of the old city, down the street from the Golden Roof, and convenient to all the major stuff to see and do in Innsbruck. Definitely a good choice here.

This hotel was a charming historic hotel. I think you pay a bit more for the history than for the quality though. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was at least a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. All in all, this was a nice hotel, just too expensive in our opinion for what you get.
