quality hotel in good location cant fault our stay in the victoria, staff were friendly and helpful. food was good, the pleasant private garden was great to relax in, would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Fantastic hotel, welcoming staff, garden beautiful!!Hotel is located on a main street within 10 mins of seafront, train/bus station and shops. Decoration in room is a little old fashioned but room was always well kept and cleaned. Our room faced onto the street but I didnt notice any noise at all. There is a decent sized fridge in the room (2 bottles of complimentary water are left for guests which is a nice touch). Eating out in Nice is incredibly expensive so we often bought cheese, olives etc from the supermarket/markets for lunch. There is a supermarket called CoCCi, about a 3 in walk from the hotel which was handy for the odd bottle of wine!(turn right out of hotel ,cross road at traffic lights and turn left , its on left hand side) We didnt have breakfast as we dont usually eat that much and thought 15 euros was quite pricy. The garden is really beautiful. with lemon trees and loads of loungers to sit out and relax. Families/couples often sat in the garden in the evening and brought theri own picknick /wine which was nice. Staff are wonderful and speak very good English if you need them to. They were very friendly and always ready to give advice or help, I'm already planning a return visit.
