The food was quite good hotel food and very reasonably priced. The garden was lovely, with beautiful views of Vesuvius. I went there because I wished to visit Capodimonte art gallery and museum, and for this it was ideal, as it was about 10 minutes walk. There is nothing else in the area.

Our shower had no hot water but the staff quickly gave us another room to shower in. It's a EUR10 taxi drive to town unless you get stuck in traffic (cost us EUR20 on a rainy night), but there are very good views of Napoli and Mt Vesuvius. A bit on the pricey side, but nice big rooms and bathrooms and there is safe parking.

The hotel itself was a good deal for the money. However, we happened to be staying during August when the restaurant was closed - the bar food was a sorry substitute. The only other problem with the hotel is that it is at the top of the hill, quite a ways from the town center. Getting into the town center is a pretty tricky affair and generally not a good idea at night - making the hotel restaurant a necessity.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had an excellent time. ts located on the outskirts of Naples away from the hustle and bustle of the centre and has fine views of the coast. Got the bus down into town each day which is easy. The staff are very warm and friendly, the rooms have lovely,antique wooden floors, flat screen tv. They gave me lots of free advice on good fish restaurants and ae very open and always looking for a nice chat about family life, sport, where you are from and life in general. I cant recommend this hotel enough. If you want relaxation and fine surroundings, this is the place to come. Thank you to the other customer who sent in his positive review, which made me go.
