Staff was very pleasant, bathroom clean with full service.....and breakfast too delicious. But on the room was very warm because windows was locked....no fresh air but it was for safety...i understand it....but sleeping was very uncomfortable.

You have to know that this hotel has a renewed and an old part. The renewed is nice but I got an old room. It was much too small, the wallpaper on the wall was dirty, the furnitures were shabby. The fair price for a such room is max. EUR 70. and not 108.

good location, the breakfast is nice as well.

This is a slightly shabby outdated hotel (yes, refurbishment may be going on. but that's no consolation now!!!) whose shortcomings are only slightly compensated for by its comparatively cheap price and extensive buffet breakfast. Reasonably central but surrounded by adult bookshops/strip clubs, though area does not feel particularly dangerous. Room outrageously hot even with window wide open. For the money, there has to be better on offer....

Good hotel with good price, but there was low wifi connection signal, and during my stay it was in reconstruction.

Found this hotel ideal for it`s location just minutes from the Metro, shops, bars and restuarants a big bonus was having a lay in before breakfast as on weekends they open late till 11am fine if you have a wee bit of a hangover ha. ha.

Hotel has for some years in a state of perpetual refurbishment, reconstruction and reorganisation and still gives the impression of confusion

A great hotel in the heart of Bruges. it was so close to the train station and the city centre, we didn't need to use the public transport as everything was in easy walking distance. Good service and a lovely breakfast, and top value for money! Thanks

The hotel was undergoing renovation. The room they gave us was very small and scruffy. It was also quite noisey. People were smoking in the vicinity as well. The next morning we asked for a change and the friendly staff upgraded us to a room in the renovated section. This was a great room but for 15 Euros more a night. When the renovations are completed the hotel will be excellent but right now it is overpriced and messy. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is great and the location is good.

Very clean, quiet and spacious room. Hotel in a great location within walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent facilities. The one thing that would have made it perfect was a kettle but apart from that, top notch!

This hotel is fine, has a nice location in the centre of Brussels and seemed to be packed on the weekend. Good value for money at the price that I paid.
