Quite a walk to the historic centre or beach but is in a great area for shops and bars. Reception staff very helpful, barman on when we stayed was rude and ignorant.

Located on the Rt 19 line, Hotel Valencia Center is a 5 minute ride to old town, a 5 minute walk to the magnificent Arts & Science complex, and 15 minute walk to the beach (and America's Cup Village). From the small pool rooftop lounge, you have a clear view of the Sea. Breakfast, included with the room, features fresh baked goods, unique egg dishes, wonderful Spanish meats and strong coffee. Although the restaurant offers a small menu, the handsome young bar keeper makes the finest Blue Safire martini. Rooms are adequate, modern with large windows.

We visited the Arts and Science/Oceanarium complex/ It was fabulous. The hotel is a perfect location for this.Missing was a good restaurant with English speaking staff and a varied menu. We found the laundry costs expensive - but the service was excellent...in all areas but the restaurant.

I recommend this hotel, where I stayed for two nights, to everyone mainly if you go to Valencia to visit the City of Arts and Sciences (strongly recommended, specially the Oceanografico) which is two minutes walk away. In the room there are facilities for internet. If you travel by car no need to use the parking hotel because you can leave the car on the street without any charge. 30 meters from the hotel you can take a bus to downtown for 1,10 euro single.

Absolutely outstanding service and nice touches such as the welcome drink, very welcome when you arrive hot!. Only downside was the pool area was very small and unfortunately loses the sun for part of the day due to the design of the roof but excellent value and really would recommend it to others as location to shops and sightseeing was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was great. It was very modern, clean and looked really nice for the amount of money we paid. The hotel is 2 blocks away from a huge store and also right next to City of Arts & Sciences which is like the main attraction there. Overall I enjoyed my stay there. They have a terrace and pool on the 9th and 10th floor.

we used the metro to get to hotel from airport which involved about a 20 minute walk. A cab would cost approx 20 euros. Hotel is ideal for walking access to museums and water/sea world centre. Access to port for americas cup was good via bus stop outside hotel. The same bus also went straight into town in the other direction. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool on the roof was very small about 16 foot sq, but better than nothing. Room was perfectly comfortable and adequate. For 90 euros a night it is fine for a short stay.
