The hotel staff was great, and the hotel shuttle was awesome. The skybox had beautiful views of the city, the food was good, way over priced. The room on the otherhand was horrid it looked like the previous guest had a fight with the lamp-Completly Broken, and then went on to break the picture frame glass, the other hotel guests were loud and drunk, and constantly knocking at our door by mistake. So for one night without our children, we survived but have learned our lesson, and will not ever return! Travler beware!

The location was good. The sheets seemed clean and which was enough though.

Not too bad of a hotel. Rather dated looking, but the bathroom and bed were clean. For the price, an excellent choice and the on demand hotel shuttle was great. If I go back to Denver in the near future, I will definitely stay here again. Beware of Sundays and Broncos games. It can be crazy getting into the hotel parking lot. I also walked to the 16th Street Mall from the hotel and it was a pleasant journey.

Reserved a non-smoking room two days prior to arrival, but was given a smoking room because "all the non-smoking rooms are gone," including, apparently, the two rooms I had reserved with my credit card. Went to lounge (with posted closing hour of midnight) at 10:40 p.m., but it was closed. And what's with the really loud, spooky, late-'80s techno music in the lobby? Chose hotel because of price compared to downtown hotels, but probably won't stay here again. Had the hotel simply provided me with the rooms I reserved and even come close to delivering on the posted hours, it would have been an OK value. Juan, the shuttle driver, was courteous, friendly, and prompt, and kept the stay from being a complete zero.

Denver was the launching point of our vacation and we needed to get into and out of denver in a sort time. We did not expect to have time to actually see Denver. However, the hotel had a very nice shuttle to/from downtown and we were able to see much more than we thought. The shuttle also took us to the train station in the morning (we thought we would have to take a taxi). The front desk was vey helpful....the restaurant on the top floor also has a terrific view of the city (although over priced). The real problem with this hotel was the odor of the rooms....this was a real problem for us. For the price though, it was a good value and it is helpful for travelors.

Location. Air did not work. Location is great. Hotel needs refurbished.

Staff could not be bothered with us when we showed up to check in the first day. Hotel carpets were stained black. Everything permanent in the rooms stained. Shower pressure was terrible. It just dripped. Windows on the bar on the top floor were so dirty you could barely see the city. Charged my card twice at the end of my stay. Shuttle service was only redeeming quality, but that is only because your not close to downtown.

This was the 3rd time we stayed here. It's great because the shuttle will take you anywhere downtown.

The location is great for access to Denver and especially the stadium. It was really kind of a dump. The exterior and lobby of this hotel along with the great location creates the image of a nice place to stay. Once outside the elevator on my floor however, the illusion was revealed. A funky smell, old brown walls with stains and carpet from an ancient era escort you to your room. The room itself was more of the same, very bad carpets, cracks in the walls, a general feel of dirt, bad linens and blankets and a poor bed. In the morning the shower had a hard time getting any hot water in, though the tub filled with it the night before. The restaurant view was stunning. The burger I took back to my room was less so, but not bad.

Visited denver for business but decided to see the last Broncoi game of the season. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this facility - great views, staff, location, and an excellent shuttle service to Denver's downtown. The restaurant is ""standard American"" fare - would be nice if it was a bit more goumet. Room was clean, great Internet access, and the elvators fast. I will return here in the future with my family when we plan a visit to Denver

We attended a concert at the Pepsi Center and the shuttle service to and from the hotel was a great option for us. Once we got to the hotel after our long drive from Wyoming all we had to do was relax, enjoy a good meal at the restaurant and enjoy a evening with Eric Clapton. No worries.

Location to Stadium. Not able to check in before 3:00 PM (even though room ready). People very courteous. Hotel very clean.

I was concerned after some good, some bad reviews, but i found everything to be pretty good. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and we got prompt rides to and from downtown and to the pepsi center. The vending machines were definitely lacking, we got ripped off of one machine, and the choices were limited. but overall we were really happy with our stay and would go again.

nice hotel, our room provided a great view of the pool and all who surround it as well as a nice view of Invesco Stadium. Too bad no fridge in room so many great places to eat in Denver and I could never bring back left overs

The shuttle drivers were very helpful and very personable. Rooms were small. Overall very pleased. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant and shuttle drivers were very helpful. We were originally put into 2 non-smoking rooms and were quickly moved to smoking rooms without any problems. Although the rooms were on the small side, they were adequate as we spent most of our time around town.

The room air conditioning was very very bad. The temperatures hovered close to 80 all day and night and even with a fan given to me by the front desk it did not help the heat in the room.

The restaurant on the 14th floor has a great view of Denver. Out of date decor. We stayed on the 3rd floor. They were doing renovations in the room right above us as late as 10 p.m. and as early as 9 a.m. Drilling and scraping bathroom tiles.

went to see Yanni and it's great because you don't have to worry about driving once you get there. Their shuttle will take you anywhere

Hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Beds, televisions, etc. needs to be updated. I recommend this hotel highly for an inexpensive place to stay in the downtown area. With very little TLC and some updated amenities this would be a fantastic hotel. The beds should be updated immediately.
