Welcome to our little hotel.
The Urquinaona Hotel is one of the best located hotels in its category in Barcelona City. The entire building, which dates from the second part of the the 19th century, was constructed in the currently style of that time in the neighborhood of LEixample in Barcelona; the pre modernism. The hotel did open in the summer of 1999.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV with satellite, telephone, minibar, private safe and complete bathroom. Other services you can enjoy as well: our own restaurant and coffee bar (in the building close to the hotel), Wireless internet access and free coffee-maker on the first floor.

Transportation:
Located in the city center of Barcelona (see the map), one star hotel in the same corner with Urquinaona Square.
Barcelona is only 15 Km far from the airport. To get our hotel there is the airport-bus which takes you towards the city centre. Or you can take the train and get off at Plaa Catalunya station. Another possibility is to take the underground and stop at Plaa Urquinaona ( red line/number 1 )
From Catalunya Square to Hotel Urquinaona there is a 10 minutes-walk. Take Fontanella Street or Ronda de Sant Pere street and walk towards Urquinaona Square. Pass by the Square and you will find us near one of the corners.
