centally located to most etractions, but at least 5 miles from anything to eat and 20 miles to any thing to do.

We were surprised with all the ammenities. Great. Hallways were dirty, worn out needs improvements. For what we paid, we got an excellent value. Happy with free breakfast, free internet, fridge and microwave in room etc. Room itself was pretty. Shower was awful in terms of looks. Worn out, looks dirty.

company told me to stay somewhere for less than $99 with tax. so...decided to stay try something new and i am sure glad i did! check-in went smoothly with friendly person. loved the room. it was clean. bed was really comfortable and had a great night's sleep. the bath and body works shampoo was a nice touch. the wifi worked well with my laptop. breakfast was really good--they had fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. i'll definitely stay again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty old bath fixtures that need attention. Good place to stay for the economy minded. Not meant to impress as a four star hotel.

I do enjoy the Inn Suites, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was nice, and I liked the suite, with the refrigerator and microwave.

If you need an inexpensive single night stay, this hotel serves that purpose well. The location is good. I was traveling to downtown Fort Worth, and this hotel is right off the interstate. I did not have any problems with the staff or with noise. The place could use some renovation, but the bed and linens were very comfortable.

The carpet had scorched areas the size of the iron. Nothing matched and to top it all, friendly mice came to visit at evening time.

Nothing. My family and I had great time. It was very clean and roomy. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. There plenty of room.

This property is very well designed: but totally ignored as far as maintenance is concerned. For example, the hot tub had slim and the pool was questionable; our room keys and most other guests would work only one time (so you have to go to the front desk every time you leave the room), roof leaks in hall, torn carpet in hallways (resulting in carpet not being vacuumed the week we were there, several rooms bathroom doors will not shut because they were warped beyond repair due to the fact fans in those bathrooms also do not work. Windows appeared not to been washed in over several years...And the list could go on and on! We had to stay there because we could not find rooms elsewhere. Staff, as you can imagine, were stressed with handling of guest's complaints all day long. They were very professional and DID their best to help minimize the situation. Our hats are off to them! This property is not recommended in its current state of affairs. I have stayed in thousands of hotels/motels and this is one of the worst. Period.

The free breakfast was fabulous! Not enough good movie channels on TV. The desk people were very friendly and the housekeeping staff kept the room made up very nice. It had 2 great beds with 4 large pillows and 1 small one on each bed that was great. The temp was controlled by a thermostat and worked very good. The bathroom was small but very clean with plenty of hot water and condiments. The room also had a small refrigerator and microwave and a nice color TV. In all, we really enjoyed the room and the fabulous hot breakfast.

The carpets were stained in multiple places, there was a water leak in the hallway ceiling, the door would not close properly ? had to push really hard to get it to close, half-used shampoo bottles were taken away and not replaced (3 days without shampoo), the phone did not work (tried in two separate jacks and told front desk), lots of dust and garbage behind nightstand and under beds, outlets were not properly attached to wall plates ? they slapped a cheap adapter (6 outlet into standard 2 outlet) on the desk outlet, the tub was cheaply painted over and now the paint is chipping off, the toilet bowl was cracked, the bathroom counters were cheaply painted over (including caulk) and is cracking in some places, all hotel information in room was old and obviously has many inaccuracies ? including no hotel restaurant besides breakfast and no morning paper delivered to door. On the positive side, the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, the beds and sheet were quite comfortable, the breakfast selections were a great way to start the day and the two complimentary drinks each evening (5:30-6:30) was a nice way to end the day.

It was a great stay. The hotel staff was very friendly. We arrived early and our room was not available yet so they bumped us up to a suite at no extra charge. The facility is older but there you can tell there have been many improvements. The breakfast was great as well. We were pleased and would stay again!

Very clean, spacious, friendly staff and quiet rooms. Hallway was run down. Very comfortable bed and bathroom worked well.

The location was ok but when we checked in the room the phone did not work the heating system made a terrible noise and there was 2 dead mouses in the room by the hearting system. they did move us to another room and i have stayed at several hotels there was small pillows limited the enviornment was like the hotel was old and they needed to really update the rooms.

The shuttle. Standing waiting to check in. Was clean enough and we had no problems, but definitely nothing special. 15 dollar cab ride to downtown Ft Worth.

The motel is conveniently located and the desk staff was friendly. Carpet was dark brown which hid most stains. The beds and sheets were comfortable.
