Location is excellent - off the noisy main street but within walking distance to all the action - whether to catch the town sights or to catch public transport to connect to other sights. Good walking shoes needed to navigate cobbled stone streets and hilly climbs.

A weekend break to LisbonGreat location, superb outdoor Pool which you can use in the hotel next door for cooling down and splendid roof top bar for chilling and sipping wine, crashed out on big cushions listening to chilled music. House wine great value for 15 Euro. Buffet breakfast good for 10 euro.Staff on reception were cold and would only offer offer hotel info when prompted. Room air con was ineffective in 36 C heat.

Good lobby layout. Rooms were fine but outdated (like most of Europe). I like an effective work area in my room. The location is very good and it's sister hotel, The Tivoli, remains one of the leading brands in Portugal. I would highly recommend it for both business and pleasure when visiting Lisbon.

Take Flat Shoes!Great hotel in excellent central location. Rooms spotless, like all City centre hotels a bit on the snug side. Wonderful waterfall shower, but had to clamber into the bath to reach controls which was a bit odd. Ate in the hotel's restaurant, Olivers, on the last night. Full of locals, so they must like it, bit o/t for my liking. Simple pasta dish wash ruined by far too much sauce. Saying that, pudding of Ferrera Roche icecream was scrummy. Ribardaros down the road far nicer. Best fish in Lisbon apparantly, again full of locals.Didn't realise all the pavements and roads would be cobbles, definitely gives Coronation Street a run for its money. Ended up wearing the boots I had travelled in the whole time, Jimmy Choos would have been lethal! Lovely blue sky, but very chilly with wind off the Atlantic. Take a warm cardy. Trains are fab, clean and on time. Also trams and buses. Get your Lisboa card at the airport, as there is so much to see. Definitely worth a trip up to Sintra.All in all Lisbon is a great place for a City break. Especially if you like modern art and architecture. We spent 4 nights there and only scratched the service. You hardly hear a British accent, so learn a bit of Portugese before you go.......

We found the hotel very comfortable although quite expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is not in the area Graca as described on the website. This was extremely inconvenient as the reason we had chosen this hotel was because the location was near our friends hotel. We made the hotel staff aware of this and they said they would amend but I have just checked your website and it is still the same. We had to use taxis to and from meeting our friends every day.

for the very brief time we were there we enjoyed excellent service and a very comfortable, clean, and quiet room. We left for the airport at 6am and received speedy and excellent service from the front desk in calling a taxi and settling the bill. The hotel is well situated for exploring Lisbon.
