The hotel is not situated in the center, but thanks to the public transports, all the areas of the city are easily attainable. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The employees are very professional and kind for every 24 hour of the day

It's a good place to stay if you have a car and are confident in driving in the Neaples area. Very nice rooms.

nice staff, friendly and professional, everywhere, on floors, reception and breakfast. Good place, not so nice location, but hotel is brand new and offers very good services, including parking and spa!

I was led to believe that i had booked a 4 star hotel in Naples. The hotel was fine but it was in the middle of nowhere and i wasted too much time travelling in and out of Naples and too be honest this spoilt my weekend away. The information should be clearer that the hotel is not in the city centre as it implies it is 1km away not a train journey and a metro ride away! My reason was to visit Naples and Pompeii not spend a lot of time checking out the surburban rail network that is covered in graffiti but very cheap!

Nice hotel but in the middle of NOWHERE! Very unsafe area with NOTHING to do. Cabs are expensive to and from hotel as well.

We were most pleased with the accomodations and friendliness of the staff. Fabio in perticular was very helpful and gracious. The offered breakfast was in a very clean and inviting room with many fine offerings and well prepared espresse. a very good restaurant was just steps from the entrance in a somewhat hidden corner next to the parking area, also the small delibar had a decent offering. we were able to sit on the rooftop patio withsome wine and cheeses to quite the soul after a hectic day and befor a good meal at the mentioned restaurant

Our first time in Naples. My wife and me enjoyed the hotel very much; the nearby metro station makes its location very convenient for turism, and most of the rooms are in a wing which stands completely isolated from the metro tracks. Modern and nice building, nice welcoming and helpful people, and a very good price; all in all a lucky choice.

Grazie

Building refurbished with taste and elegance. Kind staff, and a good breakfast. Free access to internet and parking area. Far from city center, and dificulties to find public transports after 21.30h. Web map not corresponding to situation of the hotel.

The stay we had in Naples at Nesis was awesome.. we enjoyed every moment.. the restaurant near it is not that great but the breakfast was sooo good.. they have Nutello with bread yummmmmmmmm the hotel is directly across the red metro line so that was very convenient.. overall it was really great..totally recommend.. the only thing is that it is really far from everything.. so the metro is really nice to have.. it was good to come home to a quiet and nice environment after a long day in the city of Napoli... :)

Generally the hotel and its staff were very good, but the location of the hotel is within a low grade area of the city. The hotel is immediatly adjacent to a road/railway crossing which was very noisy.

A bit difficult to find the location of the hotel as the maps did not show it very well, but got there in the end and was very pleased. Nice hotel, would recommend it. But not in the best of surroundings, but overall very good hotel.
