The hotel has experienced a recent renovation. The new decor was contemporary and well done. Beds were very comfortable - the renovation didn't have an old hotel feel - (with the exception of the doors, both bath and hallway. Not replacing or refinishing the doors reminded us of the prior hotel.) Our room had 2 queen size beds. A separate living room included a flat screen TV, wetbar with refridgerator, microwave and granite counter top. The wireless internet connection worked great. The Sports bar was staffed with intelligent, fun and entertaining staff. We were in Green Bay for a Packer game and although we didn't use it, there was complementary transportation offered to and from the game. There isn't much to do in downtown Green Bay, but if it isn't imporant to be close to Lambeau, I would reccommend this hotel - far better accomodations and rate at this property than what is available close to Lambeau. We will go back again.

Complimentary breakfast and cocktail. Room not cleaned daily including bath, coffee maker, etc.

This is one of the best gems in Green Bay. It's minutes from everything. Everyone was friendly. We asked for directions and if they didn't know where it was, they located it for us. The room was more than acceptable. The sleeping room was nice. The beds comfortable. The bathroom was adequate but a bit small. The bar/living area in the room was very nicely appointed - however the refrigerator could have been stocked with, at least, water and soda. We will make it a point to stay at this hotel again.

We were not able to show due to no water pressure in the tub. We didn't find out until the next day. They did take $10 off of our stay but we were really upset not being able to shower. All and all love the updates and would stay there again, I would just check everything over before hand to make sure there was no problems.

Very high end. Helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Great location.

Suite was luxurious & very clean .Didn't care for PillowtopMattress. Complimentary breakfast, delicious. Complimentary Beverages 5PM-&PM. Complimentary transportation to & from airport. Pub restaurant too dark but food was good.. CupaJoes restaurant, very fresh sandwiches, salads & homemade soups. Didn't like smoking allowed in Atrium but our room was definitely non-smoking. Free internet came in handy. Pool & hot tub were clean. On a weekend be sure you don't get a room facing Maiin St.especially in warmer months, traffic too noisy, cars & motorcycles. Can hear even on 5th floor. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean, and full of amentities. We loved the living area wih sofa and TV, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the makeup mirror on in the bedroom, my boyfriend really loved it because I wasn't hogging the bathroom. The pool and spa area was very clean and enjoyablem, we loved the adult only hours in the pool area after 9pm. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great and all the staff was very helpful. Only negative thing was that the wedding that was going on in the hotel was rather loud and voices carried in the atrium rather well so we could hear some echoing in our room. But since the rooms are large and have the second door between the living area and bedroom we shut that and it took care of the noise problem.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Bistro bar wasn't open, but we did get free drink tickets for the bar area.

Not many hotels can accomodate a family of five at this affordable price. The free drinks and breakfast make it even more enjoyable and affordable. The pool was just the right size for our family and includes a spa, steam room and sauna. A good choice for a family visiting a great city.

The Regency is a wonderful hotel. This is a seven-story hotel with a courtyard in the middle and all of the rooms have a balcony that overlooks this. It has two elevators on each side to take you up to your room. The beds were extremely comfortable. They provided a complimentary robe also. There are two rooms, actually. The first room has a sleeper sofa, TV, bar, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Then you go through a door and there is a full bath. Beyond that there is a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a television and ample closet space.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient. Our kids liked it too much. A wonderfully redone destination for the Green Bay area. Though the downtown is still a work in progress, the Hotel Sierra is a fine cornerstone of it. A great place for either families or private get-aways.

I made reservations over a month in advance for a two night stay. My wife and son and I drove 537miles to get here and drove around in the parking lot for 15 minutes and never found a place to park. I finally parked out front went inside to get our reserved room. The front desk had our reservations but no room. My wife and son waited out in a hot car for 45 minutes. Finally, got another room but not what we reserved but we were still charged the same amount.

Staff was over the top! Room was HUGE and really nice! This hotel is great. This place rocks, a great pool area for children with a play area in there for them as well!

We stayed here two nights for a convention. Catered food was tasteless. Rooms were nice but noise from the atrium carries up. Staff were helpful. Nice snack bar in lobby with good pizza. Housekeeping didn't do a very good job at all - clean on arrival but next day was VERY minimal. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly bar staff.

Nice hotel convienent to downtown Green Bay. The city needs to do something with the old mall downtown though.

Very friendly staff, liked the free breakfast, comfortable bed. The fitness' area was totally inadequate, very cheap carpet in room & hallways. My expectations of a 3.5 star hotel are much higher than this hotel provided. Although clean & comfortable I would not likely choose to stay there again. It was also far from restaurants and other activities.

The Hotel Regency in Green Bay, Wisconsin has a large atrium upon entry. There are 2 bars and 2 restaurants in the lobby, and complimentary happy hour and large breakfast available. As for the amenities, there is a nice pool, child play area, sauna, steam room, and hot tub along with an on-site masseuse. The rooms are very spacious, with a living room with cozy couch and flat screen TV, along with a wet bar. Bathrooms are small but well equipped, and separate bedrooms are large with nice sheets and very comfortable beds. The location is good, close to the river and about 2 blocks from restaurants and bars in downtown Green Bay. All in all, a great deal!

I have four children and the room we had was plenty big enough for all plus the pizza we ordered was inexpensive, but good. I thought the room could have used more closet or hanger space for towels and such.

The room, and main floor was lovely. Our room and the lobby/breakfast area were freezing and we could not control our hear. The room was lovely and comfortable but was too cold. We could not control the heat in our room.
