My husband had a show in the area & we stayed at the hotel with our 6 year old granddaughter. She loved the pool. Grandma loved the hot tub. The suite was super clean & comfortable. 6 year old slept on the sofa bed. We slept in the bedroom on a king size comfy bed. The breakfast was very good-including an omelette station. We would stay there again. Grandma & granddaughter felt very safe there alone until grandpa got back about 1 am.

The hotel did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. They even changed our rooms to better accommodate our stay. I can't think of anything. This hotel met our expectations and beyond. The breakfast food was very good-includes made to order omelets. The rooms quiet, beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was friendly and most helpful. Our son will be going to college in the area, and we intend to be frequent guests of this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and were pleased with pretty much everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our tv wasn't working at first, so they fixed that, and we forgot dental floss, and they checked around and found that for us. The hotels is modern and warm, nice special touches in the room like the flat screen tv and dvd player, ipod hookup and sound machine. As most reviewers say, the breakfast is great! Better than any included breakfast in standard hotels--an omelet bar, hashbrowns, eggs, pancakes, waffles, pastries, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels etc. The business room is also great--4 or 5 cubicles of computers with internet and free printing (we used this to get directions to some sight-seeing we were doing). There is soft jazz music playing to give a calming quality to the room to the business area. The bed was nice, although the pillows were too puffy for me (but most are at hotels, so that's nothing new), and the hotel is conveniently located next to highways (although not close enough to hear them), restaurants, stores. It's more of a suburban area, than a cute village, but that's fine. Great stay!

The accommodations were almost perfect. We stayed in Room 215 and were willing to overlook one lamp and the original iron not working. However, when the sink fixtures in both bathrooms were out of order, our original impressions were marred. The responding service person was able to adjust one fixture, but no one ever came (during a 4 day stay) to fix the other bathroom sink. I hope it is repaired by nowl

The Hotel Sierra was a pleasant surprise in an area where hotels are usually overpriced and disappointing. Eager to please staff were helpful. Suite was great--nice flat-screen tv in the living area. Well-equipped kitchen and nicely laid out bathroom area. A good value for the money.

This was our second stay at Sierra Suites and had a terrific experience both times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and the area neat and clean. Nice to have hot water, tea, and coffee available in the reception area at all times even though we had a kitchenette in our room. The location is easy - just off of I84 and Wal-Mart is across the street too. Plenty of restaurants available.

New, clean great location. Cost, king bed spread was way to heavy. As a women traveling alone, I felt very safe in this hotel. corridors are well lit and the rooms and lobies are clean and nicely decorated.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful (one br king suite). Very clean and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable - something we're not used to in hotels. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. We were there with a group and we all wanted to stay longer - just to hang out in those rooms and get some more sleep in those beds. We don't have one bad thing to say about this place. And the great price was a huge bonus! We highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I have had the opportunity to stay at many hotel properties. We find that the suite hotels in particular suit our family. This was one of, if not the nicest, hotel we have stayed at. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It had a separate living room with double sleeper sofa. A small kitchenette with full size refridgerator was a nice surprise for us. Both bedrooms had king size beds with luxurious bed linens and decoration. Two full size bathrooms with separate vanity areas. Robes for our use. The lobby was adorned with a beautiful fire place and cozy chairs. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. This will be the only place we will stay on our next visit. Two of the children we brought with us, ooohhed and aaahed when we walked in the door. That reaction was priceless!!!

I loved the room. The bed was sooo comfortable. And the room was modern and extremely clean. The staff was great too.My only complaints (little ones) are that room 221 has no view at all, I had a view of the roof. I couldn't see anything. And my only other complaint was the family a few rooms down, they allowed their kids to run freely up and down the hallway. If i'd stayed in the room the whole time, that would have been an issue.I'll definitely stay there again though, I'd recommend it!

My experience at this hotel was excellent. When I arrived, the desk staff person noticed that my orignal room was located near the kitchen and might be noisy. She offered to move me. The room was great, comfortable and quiet. Felt safe as female traveling alone.

This hotel had only been opened for 8 months, so it was new and clean. The comforter on the bed was too heavy. Bathroom did not have drinking glasses. Easy to get to from the highway. Nice and new and clean. Need blankets on the bed that are not as heavy as the comforter. Smoke detector over the bed flashed a white strobe light when the room lights were turned off, this made it difficult to get to sleep.

"Loved every from staff to area around hotel.Rooms super clean and never could hear my neighbors. Breakfast great-eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, etc. Work out room had great equipment-bike, treadmill, elliptical, weights. great staff!"
