hi the staff are really helpful. it is very near Taj mahal but u cannot see Taj in the night from hotel.

Horrifying owner, dont go even if its free. Ever heard anyone shouting at customers who is going to pay for their stay. I strongly advise... dont even go close to this hotel. such a j**k person owning and managing this place. BTW the place stinks...it is actually an old residential place converted. you can see damaged houses, broken furniture, and stinking beddings (remove bedsheets to see dirty mattress). Not a single person in Agra has good thought about this hotel.

manager checked my wife and I into a room with a broken hot water heater. Despite several complaints, nothing was done until the next morning when we were given a key to the room next door and told we could use the bathroom. When we went to check out, the manager tried to charge 150rps more for the room then the hotels published price (on their website) and despite our hot water problems. When we protested the cost, the manager got angry, becoming very rude and insulting us several times. The hotel also turns the electricity off during the night so there is no light or TV available in the rooms; this makes it difficult to use the restroom. The restaraunt was also terrible. The food was bad, but even worse was the cleanliness. Hair was found in the food, the utensils were greasy and had food particles on them, the cups had lip marks and leftover debris in them from previous users. The tea pot had a huge chunk of curry in stuck in the spout. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
