Room was very nice with small plasma. Parkingwas street or valet.

The free happy hour from 7-8pm was a nice bonus. The bathrooms were unclean (cockroaches, hair) and the receptionists were extremely rude. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a horrible experience, with the worst of it being that my room flooded (luckily while I was awake) and I had to be moved. I requested to speak with management several times and was informed every time that no one was available. The receptionists were rude, inconsiderate, and acted like everything I asked was a nuisance. Overall, I felt like my experience as a consumer could not have been less of a priority to the people who ran this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was nice, and clean. Lobby, hallway smells, and is very dark. Staff did not pay much attention to us, sometimes they assumed we wanted to book a room when we walked in the lobby. They forgot about us for 20 minutes after asking us to wait for 5minutes.

The bedroom needs cleaning.

It was cute, clean, and funky in a great location. There was no comfortable seating area in the room. The shower made my bathroom floor very wet. Great hotel for anyone looking for the South Beach scene. Inexpensive, cute, hip, perfect location, great seating area in the lobby as well as outdoor patio. Definitely good for younger travelers - singles, couples, or small groups of friends. The staff was hit or miss, and some certainly should be recognized as friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn't say the general feel was overly warm and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

It's location. The bar going until sunrise. The room was compact but efficient. The hotel staff were simply unmotivated except for one. The bar was intolerable with drunks cavorting and very loud club music well until sunrise. Valet parking was expensive and very poor service waiting sometimes as much as 60 minutes for the car This is a Spring break hotel for students not adults and children.

Free drinks from 7 to 8 PM; nice terrace view to street. Stole a handbag from a friend on the terrace; do not destroy deposit voucher at check out; cockroaches. Good for parters which do not mind anything else.

Room renovated. Cigarette smoke could be smelled throughout the hotel. Due to the fact that this hotel had music blasting in the lobby and college kids hanging out in the hallways in front of their rooms, I would not recommend this hotel for families or business travelers.

Conveniently located on south beach with all the necessities. I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was somewhat small for 2 people but the upside was the location. I would go back to that hotel again.

Good location andlots of fun. Dark colors with poor lights in halls. Rooms are small, but work well for lovers. Nice location and staff. Helpful staff. In the heart of the action. Love the art decor.

the location was fantastic and the executive suite was perfect the vallet was never explained to me and I was almost charged for something I didn't use. I thought the room was pleasant in a beautiful location not to close to the noice but not to far too walk to the party.I assumed that when I booked I thought i saw the words full kitchen upon further review I noticed it did not have a stove

Lcation. I can do better and be more comfortable in the same location. Not a great place to stay for any traveler. The room is not relaxing after a long day of walking on the beach or in town. No chance for a good nights sleep. No ice in the hotel.

Great location in South Beach. AC doesn't cool the room down. On the famous Collins Avenue, easy access to the beach (within quarter mile), the bus (C, SBL, etc.).

location, decor, value, comfort, cleanliness needed some repairs

Lobby was nice, that's about it. Small room, small bathroom, not my idea of a 4 class hotel remotely. The staff was nice, but checking in took about 20 minutes and then the keys had to be dropped at the room. The room was small and with no shower door all the water got everywhere in the bathroom, little to no hot water.

Poor, unfriendly and noisy place. Do not go to this poor hotel!

Was on Collins ave. 1 blk from Ocean Drive. No elevator, but we knew this. hallways are much too dark! This is one of the refurbished, art deco hotels on Collins Ave. For a one or two night stay, it was just what we wanted! Has a nice honor snack & beverage bar in the room and nice toiletries in the bathroom. It appeared clean, bed and pillows were tolerable. Room was small, but that's how the old hotels were. Bathroom in the room. Hallways were so dark, it was very scary. Staff was very friendly. Has a few seats outside with a patio feeling - the bar is just behind the patio. great place to people watch. Meter parking was fine for overnight only yards from the hotel.

The free happy hour at the bar. Rooms were too cramped and cheaply renovated. My overall experience here was not too bad. But the service was not much just a hello and there your room. there is no parking near the hotel so plan on walking a couple blocks and dont bother with the valet because it takes them AT Least 30 min to bring your car, and that when there not even busy! The room was really cramped but not bad for two people. The best part was the bed, it was Huge and comfortable. Location is in the heart of south beach just a 2 min walk to the beach.

Fee for late checkout. This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, no bugs, and the bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. The decor is modern and trendy. We had a corner room and there was no noise to deal with at all. This was a great place for young couples or singles. Perfect location at the center of bars, clubs, and cafes, only one block to the beach. The happy hour was great for something to do without draining your wallet, and sitting out on the patio with our drinks was perfect. We ate dinner at the cafes on Ocean Blvd because most were half price on the entire food menu, but be careful not to order a drink there. Wait until after, at happy hour perhaps, unless you want a $20 mojito. Take the free shuttle from the airport and you are all set, no need to get a cab anywhere!

Rooms were large. No shower curtains in bath. Floor wet. To get to hotel you have to walk thru restaurant. Hotel was going to charge me 35 dollars for parking. Valet parked for 25 dollars. Both at same location.
