Excellent value for money. My husband and I booked a 2 day break to get away from the daily routine. (We live in Cyprus hence no problem with a short break. ) We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation - a clean room, comfortable double bed, ample hot water and a powerful shower over the bath. The hotel is shaped in a horseshoe so all the rooms have sea views.For those with mobility problems these rooms have no lift to them. The pool side bungalows are on the ground floor and better suited to those who do not like to climb stairs. ( Maximum 2 floors).If you are not a good swimmer be careful in the pool. There are 2 sections - a shallow end which is roped off ,and the larger deep area of the pool. This deeper pool could cause people who are not strong swimmers, or lack confidence in the water, problems as it is all the same depth (about 6 foot) and it is not possible for the average person to stand up anywhere in it. I only saw one small sign at the edge of the pool stating its depth .Breakfast was excellent. Poached or boiled eggs, cook your own toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit cheese and meats.Drinks were very reasonably priced.We did not try the evening meal as it was a 3 course meal (28 YTL - about £12 ) and we find these too large for us.We will certainly stay here again.

Excellent value for moneyThis hotel was excellent value at 24 Euros a night and the price included a good breakfast and free wireless internet. The only drawback is that it is 12 kms from Kyrenia, thought there are dolmuses for 3 Turkish lira

Sempati-excellent value, excellent serviceSempati is a l hotel that offers excellent value for money and pleasant surroundings. It may not be of 5** quality but it is clean, comfortable and caring. The facilities are as advertised and although a little dated, there is a genuines desire to meet the requests of its guests. All you have to do is ask and they will go out of their way to help. The service we received was excellent including transfers and car hire. All reasonably priced and to hand.We certainly will go again as we really appreciated the quiet and convenience of the whole area.

Cyprus WeekendVery pleased with the hotel and the service I received. This was a very last minute booking and the service from Late Rooms was also very good.
