I don't know how anyone could rate this hotel with 4 stars. There was a disgusting smell in my room - as if the drains were blocked. The room was shabby and was not clean enough. The bathroom was dingy and the shower was incredibly outdated. There were no tissues and no toilet brush. The reception staff seemed inconvenienced when asked for help. The reception area was not very clean either. The accommodation was dreadful - I will be informing my travel agent and tour company of my dissatisfaction. I think this hotel is, at best, worthy of 1 star. However, the evening meal I had at the restaurant was excellent & the waitress was great.
