A Lovely HotelAll the staff were very friendly and helpful - great location near to centre of Palma - everything nearby and within walking distance. Hotel facilities were very good - with 2 pool areas and great bar on the 7th floor. Would be suitable for young children and adults alike (lots of safe places for younger ones to wander around!). Quailty of breakfast was excellent - especially for a medium sized hotel - where food was fresh and always replenished. On a sunny day you can have breakfast on the large outside area in the sun - delightful. The rooftop pool area has great views!

The Hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance to shops, the wide variety of restaurants plus histocial/cultual buildings and events.The Hotel is very good particularly the 7th floor which is EXCELLENT - the layout is superb and has been well thought out. It provides for its Residents - swimming pool etc, bar, restaurant, good seating area and entertainment for Residents & non- Residents with jazz on several evenings. The expanse of glass on this floor plus the open area, provide a good area for people to socialise - this is enhanced by the panoramic views over the city and Port of Palma both day and night - very relaxing to watch the cruise liners arrive in the Port. Well worth a visit.

We arrived early but were immediately given our room . The staff in every area were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The food was well cooked and presented but the breakfast could have been a bit hotter. That is a very minor criticism.

Great Hotel, however if you are planning on staying here on a Thursday Friday or Saturday night they have regular Jazz concerts in the bar on the top floor. Unless you plan to attend the concert between 11pm and 2am and you want to sleep request not to be on the 6th floor.

A central hotel, ideal for a very short stay or a business traveller. The room was quite small and cramped, overlooking a noisy street. The swimming pool on the roof is very small and the one on ground floor very public.
