This year 4 times I went to Bali, 3 times I stayed in HS with my groups, Very pleasant and friendly staff, Very worth price for rooms, I stayed in Garden Double Queen, Garden Bungalow and Deluxe room,clean rooms and bath room,The best hotel I'd can got with that price Thank U Hotel Santika,I'll back again...

No complaints with this hotel. We booked a superior room and upgraded to Deluxe the superior room was fine but we wanted to be closer to family who were in the deluxe wing with the pool which has the swim up bar. Superior rooms looked nice but smaller than the deluxe the pool in this area was small rooms are closer to the beach. Service was good the Fabreze hotel opposite has great spa facilities and cheap treatments well worth a few hours pampering yourselves. Location good. Worth staying there. It was a little quiet when we were there so lacked a bit of atmosphere.

have stayed twice, march 05 & nov 07. 2 pools and 3 resturants, sunset resturant on beachfront with theme nights. great room service and laundry . bungalows have butler service. lift to upper level premium rooms.buffet breakfast with many choices for different nationalites.beautiful maintained gardens.transport at hotel or at front gate.tennis courts and activities in hotel,water aerobics. short walk to discovery mall and kuta.tour desk and front desk very helpful. doctor service excellent ! ! ! overall all staff go out of their way to make your stay hassle free. highly recommended by our party of 10.

Staff members there are friendly and willing to help. Clean room. TV system is not upgraded but choice of channels is versatile enough.
