The communal areas available include a variety of settings: a cafe, a social lounge, a TV lounge, a glass pavilion with views of the garden and the patio with its pond and fragrant climbing plants. The simplicity of the facade, fully respected during the renovation work on the building, provides a stark contrast to the contemporary interiors.
