My stay was great they treated us well. We were there for a few days because my husband had cancer treatments at the Barbara Karmonas Cancer Institute. The service was great!

we were there for a wedding downtown. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean and old style. No where for visitors to go outside and sit to smoke. It was very nice, but it is all non smoking. Being a smoker I had to go down 3 floors and stand outside. I think they could make an area for visitors to sit and smoke. Many were outside standing by the doors to smoke. Everyone was very friendly and room was great. Thank you.

We were staying at the Hotel St Regis because of the techfest. It was a little far out of the way but the shuttle took us where we needed to go and the driver looked out for us too! There is also a bus from the corner that gets downtown in about 15 mins. The hotel staff was great about printing at the business center and trying to find us a bottle opener at 3 AM, the only problem was that we didn't get cleaning service at all and we were there for three nights.(I should mention also that we ended up not asking for it either)

Nice room/comfortable beds. No shuttle was available, since was holiday weekend. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean, nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is about 3 miles from downtown, offer free shuttle anytime to downtown, was disappointed to find that due to the holiday weekend no shuttle was being offered, cost 18.00 for taxi one time back and forth, the remaining days we drove ourselves. Hotel offers no ice machines on any floors, had to call room service who then provided a pitcher of ice, which was not enough to fill cooler, rooms had no refrigerators. Restaurant and bar were not open past 11:00 pm, no coffee was available until after 8:00 am.

The Hotel itself was excellent, no complaints whatsoever.

Wouldn't know. We will never ever stay at the St. Regis. The hotel was overbooked. My husband and I didn't find out until the night before that we didn't have a room.

Hotel St. Regis Detroit only has one thing going for them its easy to find off of the highway other than that very very dissatisfied with the over all experience. at the hotel they actually asked me for my credit card to hold for anything i might charge or damage to my room i told thim they were crazy then they told me that i then have to give them $50.00 to hold or put down. i could use it though in there restruant. now the resturant it was a nice setting but i menu was expensive and the automatically puts 18% granuity on the bill. the taste was ok but over all i would give the resturant a 2. when we went to check out they tried to bill me for more than what i had spent in the hotel. so over all i was dissatisfied with everything.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful. No WiFi. I loved the St Regis! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is so gorgeous. It is an older building that was remodeled. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Valet parking was unbeatable and staff was very friendly. Rooms smelled strongly of perfume/cleaning agents. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations as far as only being rated 2.5 stars. It was a very clean, upscale hotel that I would have guessed at least 3.5 - 4 stars.

Ease of check in, very friendly staff. No complaints, very great overall experience. Very modern, newly renovated hotel had a very inviting lobby as well as room. Rooms were a tad on the small side, but were overall very appealing. Location was outside of "Downtown" and should rather be considered Midtown Detroit, but the area didn't appear to be too blighted. Definitely exceeded my expectations, especially for a two star.

Close to stadium. Only had valet parking. Very nice staff, clean rooms, pleasant.

Nothing really. Required valet parking, hotel under construction, no view. Wouldn't waste my time again.
