Our restaurant, with its home-cooking and local feel, is renowned for its hearty German cuisine, game and above all its trout dishes, with its reputation spreading far beyond the town of Goslar. The game is taken from the woods of the Harz mountains, and the trout we breed ourselves. The area inside the restaurant provides space for 200 guests, and the outdoor area of the beer garden has room for 100 guests. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.
