We stayed at this Hotel in June 2009. The room was very clean & adequate for what we needed for a 3 night stay. The Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful with directions for where we wanted to visit. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been tea/coffee facilities in our room, after a long journey we would have welcomed this in our room. Yes we would stay here again if we ever come back to Paris again

This is hotel is located a reasonable walk from the most well known sites and near many more reasonably priced places to eat. It's also close to the metro and a nice indoor shopping mall which is great for shopping on those rainy days. It is however old and more of the "older" style. It's good for the traveler just looking for a comfortable place to sleep and a warm shower. No extras here. Maybe not the best choice for the first time traveler to Europe. The picture and description is of the sister hotel, just up the block maybe the higher priced rooms, not where we stayed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel Renoir - don't let them book a taxi for you to the airport!hotel renoir offerred the price of 45 Euros for a taxi which we refused. We got one at independently for 22 euros! Significantly cheaper!

thought we were getting hotel reinour but were sent down the street to hotel renior unic. this was upsetting but needed for a triple. the room was big and good for 3 to 4 people. furniture was old and walls in need of new coat of paint. felt safe and staff nice. in a good location. the doors were difficult to unlock and lock. airconditioning was there not very effective but, we had that problem at all hotels we stayed in while in France (3).

Hotel Renoir"St Germain"The name of the hotel is a little misleading because it is in Montparnasse, not St Germain! But the location is good, very close to one of the main metro interchanges (Bienvenue Montparnasse) and you can walk to St Germain in around 10 - 15 minutes. We found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly, and the only slight negative was their policy of charging EUR 2 per bag to leave your luggage after 12 on the day of departure; very petty and seemingly designed to leave you feeling mildly ripped off just as you are leaving. I include this remark in the hope that the hotel management reads it and decides to change their policy.

The rooms are NOT soundproof as said in the description. The rooms are NOT fully refurbished, as stated in the description. Very small room. Booked a SUPERIOR room and it was small with 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, which kept sliding apart. Dust on hairdryer and bathroom shelf. Toilet bowl dirty under waterline, lid chipped and peeling underneath. Bath stained. Bathroom floor stained and old toilet splashes and bath splash marks on floor and walls. Air con not working. TV had 5 channels only.

Very central to where I needed to be with very easy links to the metro, however the room I stayed in was very tired and a little disappointing as there were stains on the bedspread and carpet. Having just a very large frosted window in the bathroom overlooking the street below was also somewhat off putting. The staff were very friendly and helpful with lost of bars and restaurants around.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, it is very central and closet attraction is the Jardin de Luxembourg. The hotel is very very clean, rooms are average and nicely decorated and about what I would expect from the price I paid. Rooms have a nice balcony and shower was great, there is a TV and a study desk. The only downside is the check-in time, we arrived at 11am expecting to be taken and we were turned away and asked to come back at 2pm. Lucikly there are PLENTY of restaurants and creperies near by and the choice of food is immense in this location. I would recommend this as it is a veyr cheap hotel and we had absolutely no problems whilst we stayed here.

The people at the front desk were not only rude and impatient, but also extremely unreliable and inconsistent. The information we were given was not at all based on fact, but more so on the opinion of whomever was siting at the concierge. For example, the price of the one hour wifi internet card varied depending on who was at the front desk. In addition, we were not only lied to, but also hassled every single time we entered and left the hotel. We also got mysteriously charged for things that we didn't do, such as making phone calls. This hotel experience was neither pleasant nor enjoyable.

I didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the quality. The room was fine but I had to ask for the key to the minibar and there were no english channels on the tv. I do like to know the news and weather. The hotel s good value for money and the location is excellent. I would definately stay again.

Well placed in centre of Paris. Hotel staff very helpful and unobtrusive. Very clean rooms, slightly on the small side - no hot water on 1st morning but no offer of recompense. In general, a good clean useable hotel
