Historical and unique. Old but modern, unique and historic, great staff, very clean and comfortable.

The Staff was pleasent, rooms were attractive and the lobby was very elegant. I recommend this Historical hotel to everyone. Plus it is downtown right by nice resturants and bars. Magnificant!!!!

Lobby was nostalgic. Had to switch rooms as AC did not work, front desk clerk was barefoot. Wallpaper peeling in room. Fan did not work with out rattling. Old building.

"This dirty, rundown hotel is sad to say the least. However it has one redeeming quality. The restaurant was SPECTACULAR! If you are stuck staying here visit the Rabbit Restaurant."

Downtown location, very dated, not for families.

"Beware! This hotel is filthy, old, a/c broken, blow dryer broken, tv cabinet door fell off hinges on my leg, hairs in the bed (they didn't change the sheets from the last customer) dirty carpet...."

The people try to be helpful. The door had two missing numbers, had to guest the room number. The carpet was very old and dirty. I have asthma and need to in a clean room. I think they are trying repair a very old hotel. I think they could have numbers on room doors.

Other than the train station, the location was great. The young lady at the front desk was rude. My room needed some attention. Sink was clogged, faucet in shower dripped, telephone lines worked on speaker phone only, could not get a dial up connection for computer, WiFi did not work on my side of the building and they only provided me with a small hand towel for my shower. As I said, the front desk lady was rude.

I liked the feeling of being safe. I can not find any negative thoughts.

Modernized. Noisy, could hear from rooms next door on both sides. Other hotels of the samelevel much better. Not a bad hotel, just not equal to others in the same category.

Location. Cleanliness, had a water leak in bathroom. This hotel appeared to have been nice at one time but they were in the process of remodeling due to new owners I guess. The rooms had mix match numbers on the door the carpet looked like it could use a cleaning. I went to the restroom and there was a leak above the toilet seat. Sprite caps on the floor, mind you I do not drink sodas. Even the trash can liners were not in the trash cans they were laid to the side.

Location-downtown, within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife; ample parking. Older beds/furniture.

The hotel is old, and not maintained properly. The first room the beds were not made and the curtains were on the bed. Then I had a room with two refrigerators, however neither on of them worked. Additionally there wasn't a trash cans in the room. I did not have a good experience at this hotel.

Convenient to downtown. Tired facility. Needs a pick-me-up or makeover. Ceiling fan squeaked. A/C fan was noisy. While convenient to downtown we found the facility to be a bit tired and worn. It's old and ready for a makeover. The elevator has seen better days. The ceiling fan and A/C fan in our room were very noisy. We've stayed in Fayetteville before for about half the price at a much newer or fresher facility and were only about 10 minutes away from the same downtown area. I was not positively impressed, especially for the money I paid. It was a nice place, years ago.
