excellent hotel spotless rooms but didnt enjoy the food, would definetely go back

room without a viewbased on the Internet presentation I requested a room at the top floor to have the view on the wencelas square. It was quite a surprise when my room did only have two small top windows and no window so no view. It was the room behind the beautiful shield of the hotel, a very special experience.

The hotel was in a perfectly central location. It was very clean. The rooms were a bit small, but our bathroom was spacious. It had all new modern fixtures and decor. The beds were a bit firm for my liking (and a double bed was simply two twins pushed together, but still functional.)The managerial staff were brilliant, but had to push the normal staff to be more customer-friendly. All-in-all, for the money I thought it was well worth it.

Found very good hotel, staff very helpful. Only one thing was the hotel room was very hot needed to open the windows to keep cool bearing in mind we stayed in January, would recommend to stay here. Booking via Late rooms was excellent!!!!

The "very" beautiful room with a "very" beautiful view turned out to be a very small and very noisy room. The staff made it quite clear that it is not because you spend more than £100 for a room that you deserve any kind of attention.Overall, a disappointing hotel for a high price.

It is right on the square which can be a bit noisy at night time, but the hotel is very nice, and if you can get a room that is on a higher floor, it is a great place to stay, 2 minutes walk for everything!

Excellent location especially if you wish to avoid taxi's, very central location. Quality of food is average, rooms are modern and clean. Would recommend but a little expensive both for accomodation and the resteraunt.

we were awoken everymorning quite early by the sound of the water tanks refillng, we had to pay an extra 50 euro to keep our room for 3 hours longer! there was no meals included at a rate of €110.00 per nite, we still are baffled why it was a four star hotel, when the room didnt even have a shower just a bath, and not even a trouser press!
