Hotel Plaza Colon

Hotel Plaza Colon is located in a historical building at the centre of the beautiful city of Granada, in a property that has been known not only for its representative colonial architecture, but for the history it has gathered since the times it was built.

It was the home of many of the renowned families of Granada, the last of these families decided to transform the house into a hotel, for which they acquired the three neighboring properties, taking special care in keeping the style and architecture of the original house. The current facade of the Hotel is the same it had back in the beginning of the 20th century.

The Hotel got its name from the "Plaza Cristobal Colon", that was also known in the past as Plaza Colon and nowadays is commonly known as Parque Central.
This was how Hotel Plaza Colon was born. It has been operating since April 17th 2006 and it offers 27 comfortable, luxury guest rooms, which grant all the amenities a modern hotel can offer to guests such as AC, ceiling fans, minibar, cable TV, safety deposit, alarm clock, free internet access , phone, hair dryer, hot water and bath robe.
