We walked to the Hotel from the station in about 20mins,using map from tourist info centre.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was basic but clean, very good value for what we paid.Breakfast was also good for only 5 euros.we would say here again.

A nice little hotel in the middle of everything, only 10 minutes from the Cathedral Square, Petite France and the Homme de Fer tram station. Wonderfully quiet and relaxed considering its location. The rooms are comfortable and clean though as a low-budget hotel don't expect more than a bed, a table and a chair. Door handles had a tendency to fall off!! Bathrooms (I stayed in a couple of rooms) were clean and functional, and the windows could all be opened. Wireless at 2 euro per day and breakfast at 5 euro, though I just walked up to a nearby boulangerie for mine. Would strongly recommend.

Parking near the hotel is near impossible but there are parking garages nearby. Bikes can be stored within the hotel foyer. Our room was clean; sparse but spacious and had a brand new bathroom. Location is great...close to everything!

Cons for Hotel Patricia: broken springs in beds (they dig into your back), a pervasive bad smell (at least in room 5), and the irate manager in a back room. I did not appreciate his tirade about how to keep unreasonable dirty tourists under firm control - the sound carried up two flights of stairs.However there are some Pros: excellent location, an interesting building (centuries old, last renovated circa 1975), first class staff at reception, low price. All in all: not a good experience.
