exellent suite with a wonderful view from the edge of the mountain, very good service overall, helped us escape from the cotidian and relax a lot. Baby had a crib in the suite ,thanks for that ,so she could sleep late in the morning and thanks for the comfort too. Will consider to come back again!

This was the best hotel! My husband and I went for a getaway. The location was perfect to all the resorts to go snowboarding. The staff treated us like we were the only ones there. The breakfast buffet that was included in the room, which we did not know, was soooo good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It wasn?t really winter or summer. If it was there would have been more to do. As it was my wife and I spent most of the time walking looking at the quaint little shops in the Historic District and driving around. The room itself was nice but they were having problems with cooling. The first night upon entering the room it was 82F. We immediately called the front-desk and there suggestions were open the door and turn off the rooms heating and AC. We did that yet it was still 78F when we wanted to go to bed. We called the front-desk again and asked if they could send up a portable oscillating fan. It took a couple of tries but they finally got hold of one that worked. It helped somewhat but not entirely. Next day they sent someone to repair the rooms heating and AC but they made things worse. After getting back from our walking and driving we came to find the room was 94F and climbing. Once again I called the front-desk and this time they switched us into a new room. This one was cooler yet there was something funky going on with beds. Both my wife and I tossed and turned all night even though the room was much cooler. They do have a pool but the one time I tried to get in an check the water my room card would not work. I thought the front-desk had heard enough from me so I did not say anything about it. Prices for dinning out were not quite what I was expecting: 25 to 30 for breakfast and 35 to 50 for dinners. In spite of the setbacks the trip was still good but I owe that to my wonderful, patient, gorgeous wife.

Oh, it's a beautiful room and wonderful location. The staff are very nice and attentive. BUT...my wife and I stayed for her birthday and we had nothing but problems. Little things that just irritated and aggravated us and ruined our night alone. The porch light and security door did not work which scared my wife. The TV was too complicated to work and then the cable TV turned out to be satelite which konked out on and off. The shower was too confusing to use and we had to call room service to show us how to work it right. You'd think that for the (and it is pricey) that everything would be easy to use and WORKING. A hummidifier in the room did not work and the door to the bathroom toilet was only on 1 hinge. There were no steps to get into the jacuzzi...what are 40+ year olds suppose to do? We're not so limber, you know? When we checked out, the employees apologized but do you think the manager would have discounted the night or at least said he was sorry too?

The focus of our trip was to both attend the Sundance Film Festival and ski at Park City Resort and Deer Valley. Hotel Park City is ideally located and the hotel provides a free shuttle to drop you off or pick you up throughout the Park City area including area resorts. It was really convenient. We were in a cottage that has it's own private hot tub, leather couches, separate bedroom, kitchenette, personal laundry facility and three fireplaces. The staff was very accommodating; however, one day we had scheduled a DHL package pick-up through the front desk. Something happened and pick-up did not occur; we were not notified by the front desk and had to follow-up a few days later after we had left the resort. They found the package within the afternoon, so lesson learned that you always have to follow-up, no matter how service-minded the facility is.

We wanted a relaxing getaway for the weekend and were blown away by everything! We stayed in a Cottage Executive Suite which had everything we could have wanted: Comfortable feather beds, spacious bath with Jaccuzi tub & three head shower, washer & dryer, small kitchen, LCD TV's, Leather furniture, Hot Tub, three fireplaces, etc. The views were breathtaking. The cottages are located next to the golf course and overlook a duck pond. The staff was attentive and helpful. Nothing was lacking and we had a fabulous stay! We are already planning a return trip...

hotel park city is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at. The executive suite is a large room with a separate living room area, two couches a wet bar and a fireplace. the bathroom had a separate shower and large jetted tub. everything was great except we found a small mouse in our room. when brought up to the concierge's attention they stated that we would have to wait for several hours until the maintenance crew arrived. We waited and they never arrived, when we checked out they offered to refund us $50.00 since there was not a manager available. I have not seen a refund yet.

A GREAT girls weekend! We self- parked and the staff came to our car to help us! Quite literally...white glove treatment, with all the warmth and fabulous amenities a hotel could offer. Complimentary shuttle service...no wait... Rooms? Fabulous! View was Spectacular! Room service was prompt, but food had a 'refrigerator' taste. Pool a bit small for such a large resort, but beautiful...No WARNING signs posted on fences NOT TO DIVE in the 3-5 foot deep pool. Swimmers BEWARE!Some staff a bit 'snippy'.. We will absolutely go back with AND without the kids!

The Hotel Park City was very elegant. The room was not only gorgeous, but it was also extremely comfortable. It felt like a home away from home for the upperclass. If we didn't feel like dining in the hotel we could bring back anything we wanted and prepare it in our own room! Everything about the stay made us feel like Royalty. The service was unbelievable! Our bathroom had a shower and Giant jacuzzi tub. If we wanted to go for a swim; all we had to do was walk out our back sliding glass door onto the brilliantly landscaped yard and out to the pool; where there was music playing all day to keep the mood calm and relaxing. And just beyond the pool was the Park City Golf Course! We will definitely come back here again! It's a perfect place to refresh the mind, body and soul.
