brilliant location, quiet and clean. It would suit best those who know france well and are used to finding tbeir way around. Excellent link from airport. Just hop on to 98 bus and get off at Albert 1er. Very good base from which to explore Nice. Good value for location , not posh but located in a pedestrian paved street of designer shops.

Hotel Paradis has an excellent location,central to shopping,old town,beach front,buses,etc.The hotel is small and the rooms basis but clean and cleaned every day.If you only intend to change and sleep in your room this is an ideal location,our room had a small balcony overlooking the street,fridge in room also,TV has only French speaking channels,Continental breakfast was delivered to our room every morning at 9am (exactly)BE PREPARED FOR THE LIFT it works well,but i"ve never seem nothing like it.

Somewhere to lay your hatCentral location set back from the front. Ideal location for both the old and new town and the bus stop for the airport is only 50 yards away. Our rooms was at the rear of the hotel on the 4th floor which was nice and quiet. For those that need the lift beware it only goes to the 3rd floor. The room was basic but adequate for our sightseeing needs. It had an ensuite bathroom room with shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they allowed us to leave our suite case on the last day so we could go site seeing and collect it later.
