The host who worked during the day was excellent!!!!! During the high water, the highest it had been in 22 years, he organised a taxi for us, escorted us out to show us where the taxi was going to pick us up from and the best way to go so we didn't get wet! We were lucky to leave Venice when we did, cos soon after not even the taxi boats were not operating due to the OH&S of getting passengers on and off! So a big thank you to our host! The hotel was located near the bus stop of Lido, about a 2 minute walk if that. The hotel is only about 4 or so bus stops from Saint Mark Square so was very handy. Breakfasts were great and the bang per buck value was great too!

This hotel was amazing!!! We arrived rather late and the front desk showed us where everything was. He even took concern to see if we had eaten dinner yet then proceeded to show us on a map where we may go in the late hour. The room was large and very well kept. So far it has been the best hotel I have stayed in while traveling Italy. I highly suggest the Panorama Hotel Venice to anyone!

What a fabulous hotel. They staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great, it's right next to where the water boats arrive on Lido. I would stay again anytime and suggest it to anyone.

Breakfast was included BUT, not much variation. Only served cold breakfast. Would have prefered some hot breakfast to start the day.Besides that, hotel was Excellent!
