Convenient location, new, clean & nice room with beautiful harbour view.

Location is great as one of the MTR entrance is just around the corner of the hotel, thus you're shield most of the time when walking towards either MTR station. When checking in, we're upgraded to the Platinum rooms, thus we had a full harbour view. Things are great except that the housekeeping needs to work harder on maintaining the carpet, as when we check in, there's already stains on the carpet in our room. Other than that, there's nothing much that we're not satisfied with, but I won't say that if I went to come back and stay again next year though....

Staff very friendly and good service, and they have a sensible internet pricing plan. Maybe their sister htl LKF can learn something from that. Location is middle of TST, good htl for price to value.

I had a great stay at the hotel. just some minor hiccups when they forgot my in room dining breakfast. Other than that it a A+ Hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much on our first visit in April this year that we brought our children (17, 15, 11yrs) this time. Again we were treated to first rate service from the friendly staff, can thoroughly recommend this modern and spacious facility for all travellers as it is central to all shopping, transport and resturants. Will definitely stay again.

The service here is fantastic. It also has the free Airport Express shuttle at its front door so it'll save you money and time taking the Airport express train. The bus line is K3. There are plenty of staff (from all international backgrounds) and all can speak English and are friendly. The rooms are great, clean and well presented. Only downturn (or advantage if you like) is that it is located where all the pubs and bars at TST and it will take approx 5 minutes to walk to the MTR (underground train lines)

The room which I stayed in was a bit small compared to the rooms of other hotels I have stayed in during my previous trips to Hong Kong. A few minutes after I arrived inside the room, I asked for my luggage to be brought up, but it was not brought into my room. I had to leave for an appointment and went back to the hotel several hours later. My luggage was still in the lobby and was not brought into the room. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Great location - close to the harbor and Nathan Rd etc. Extremely helpful people ;-). We were lucky to get the full harbor view - and what a view it is! However the room itself (platinum - 37th floor), very small - almost claustrophobic! All the beds in the hotel are advertised as queen, but they are in fact simply king single, if so... we booked twin room, as we traveled with small children, but they ended up sleeping on the floor (and there wasn't much of the floor there!) for that reason. Over all we would definitely stay there again, but NOT with two kids due to the size of the room.

Great location close to two MTR stations (on different lines). Airport shuttle from Hotel to station made our trip so much easier. Fantastic views from the room. Only negative was that there weren't any wine glasses in the room.

It was a good 4 star hotel. Location is convenient, and food are easily available nearby. I have a good upgrade to harbour view room during the promotion period, which I have stayed twice. So I have only good comments on its Deluxe room. Not sure about the superior room.
