All guests receive a free city map, as well as a map for the underground and tramway. Tickets for public transport, sightseeing tours and boat trips are available at the reception desk. From Berlin Tegel airport (TXL): Take bus number 128 to Osloer Strasse. Take tram number 50 towards Franzosisch Buchholz, alighting at Pankower Strasse. The hotel is on the left-hand side. Journey time: approximately 30 minutes. From Berlin Schoenefeld airport (SXF): Take 'Airport Express' train to Alexanderplatz'. Change for the U2 U-Bahn line towards Pankow. Alight at Pankow. Take tram number 50 towards Franzosisch Buchholz and alight at Pankower Strasse. Journey time: approximately 45 minutes.
