Only stayed here one night so there wasn't much time to get used to the room provided. The Room was ok but the bathroom was more like a shower wet room which had no hot water provided, easy to deal with for one night but not more than that. Staff were friendly enough.

The Hotel Omni is a no-star hotel in Karol Bagh that I would not recommend to anyone. It is unclean and noisy, the hotel staff are dishonest and unhelpful, the dining room is unclean, and they overcharge. I booked this hotel through a travel agent in Allahabad named Sas Travels, for Rs. 3000.00 per night, for what was supposed to be a 3-star hotel. When I arrived I found the hot water was non-existent, the toilet would not flush, the room was too noisy to sleep in without ear plugs, and the dining room was dirty. I also found other guests had been charged only Rs 300.00 per night, one-tenth of the price I was paying. I think this hotel deserves a no-star rating. When I complained the following day the management called Sas Travels to speak with the travel agent; I asked to speak with them also, but they disconnected without giving me the chance to say anything. When I asked to call him from the front desk, the manager told me they did not have long distance access in the hotel, despite just having been on the phone with Allahabad, and told me I would have to go down the street to a pay phone. I checked out early to avoid spending another night there, and would never consider staying at the Hotel Omni again.

We choose the hotel suncity becuase it was easy to make reservations as well as free pickup Services in future we also feel free to recomend this hotel to other travelers Also next day morning they receomend us a travel agency not far from the hotel and they helped us lot to make our travel easy so all the arrangments they have made for us was more than satisfication so in future we don,t hesitate to ask for Abyss Tours for Travel arrangments we are 100 % satisfy there Hotel Services as well as travel services
