My Novotel ExperienceThe location of this hotel was great, 5minute walk from Train station even less to bus station and into the main shopping area. The hotel itself was very nice, very clean&comfortable and staff were friendly.I didnt eat in the hotel but the menu had everything. However trying to get back into the hotel in the early hours seemed difficult, this could be after afew drinks, but the second night we were waiting for 20 minutes or so to get in and go to our rooms as there were no staff around but too be fair it was very late. Apart from this I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends and stay at this hotel again and because of its location and comfortable and clean room.

Great LocationThis hotel was very resonable. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of room service after 10pm There was only a selection of Pizza, egg and cress sandwhich and a fruit salad. Dissapointing!Other than that the rooms were spacious and comfortable

We stayed for three nights, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely, huge variety. Ideal place to stay for short business/ leisure family breaks.

Lenny Kravitz at The Manchester Academy - Novotel overnight stayWe had come to see Lenny Kravitz at The Academy and therefore we stayed in the room for a total of 4 hours tops - late night!! Gig was fab!! We're now on his facebook - check it out!!Although room was perfect for our needs - spacious - very central - shower fab! What more do you need for £69!!!Don't know if I'd come back for a more lengthy stay but would repeat if we were doing the same again!

Shame about the water!This was an excellent hotel and I would have given the staff a 5 for customer service.Unfortunately, we awoke on Monday morning to no water supply. Although I understand this was out of the hotels control, my friend and I thought the receptionist rude & uncomunicative when we asked about the problem. Hence the low score of 3! However, I am in contact with the hotel regards this matter and they are being very helpful.

OK at £69 but no more than this.At £69.00 for the room without breakfast, the price was ok. If I had pais anywhere near full rate, I would have been very disappointed, as the hotel is in desparate need of renovation and up-grade. The room looked tired and in need of redecoration. The shower leaked. I have stayed in better Travel Inns and Premier Inns for less.

Novotel Central ManchesterClean, comfortable and very convenient for the MEN. Came in on the X43 Witch Way bus and easily found the hotel.

Stay at Novotel ManchesterAll in all a very pleasant stay - in particular the staff at this hotel were fantastic. Lovely location, pleasant rooms. Didn't eat at hotel as breafast was way too expensive.

Average hotel. But cant complain about the room rateThe room was at best average. Some of the fittings had seen better days. We were also placed in a smoking room despite not requesting one. Im also guessing the cheap room rate was the reason we were in the room farthest from reception.We parked in the attached Q park which was VERY expensive (£34 for 48 hours), apparently they have reduced rates for the nearby NCP so consider parking there instead.It was an OK hotel. But the location is great.

Manchester end of MayReally good quiet hotel right in the centre of Manchester, near enough for bars, restaurants and shopping but not with the normal fall out of noise. Handy for both Oxford Rd and Piccadilly rail stations.Rooms were spacious and light, reception staff really helpful on check in
