Really friendly serviceThis hotel is in an excellent position in the Old Town - great for shops, museums and nice restaurants. It's an attractive building, down a little alleway off of C/ St Miguel near to transport links (from the airport and main bus routes) at the Placa Espagna - So if that's what you're after, this is perfect, but if you're looking for clubs and nightlife maybe look at hotels on the Passeo Maritimo. The staff were informative, polite, incredibly helpful and very friendly.We arrived late at night, and received a good welcome. Unfortunately we were unable to get any food or drinks at the hotel - but they were able to offer water.The room was well laid out, the bathroom excellent - clean and modern, the beds were comfortable and the air con was adequate. Unfortunately a light in the room would not switch off so we had to sleep with that on, and though it stated that there was a minibar, this was actually just an empty fridge - it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water or beer, in the 'minibar'.A few days after checking out I returned to Palma for my flight home and after discovering that there was no 'left luggage' facility at the airport, the hotel were kind enough to let me leave my bags there for a couple of hours. Which was a Godsend - so thank you very much to the staff at the UR Mision de San Miguel.I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would stay here again myself.
