Hotel Mingood is strategically located on the fringe of the city centre, which is merely a 2- minute walk away. The best the city has to offer is within 2 km and you will not need to travel far to visit Chinatown, Little India, the Heritage Trail (which contribute much to George Town listing as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) or UPR entertainment centre. A short walk down Penang Road takes you to Komtar, the city's premier landmark and shopping mall. Fine dining and local hawker food are all available on your doorstep. It is also located close to the chic part of the town with excellent nightlife, surrounded by cafes, multi-ethnic restaurants, shops and the coolest bars and pubs. In fact, the famous New World Park Food Court and entertainment centre is just a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. From its spacious lobby and rooms, the Hotel Mingood offers a friendly and courteous service where our goal is to create a cosy atmosphere for an enjoyable and memorable stay. We provide 50 rooms that are spacious, comfortably carpeted and air-conditioned. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, cable or satellite TV, fridge (partly available) and direct-dial telephone. There is also wireless internet access in all rooms and common areas. Children and extra occupants are charged. After a hectic day out, relax yourself or chill out at our Roof Top leisure garden, write some postcards or read a book.
