Hotel Michael

Built in 2010, the 473-room designer style Hotel Michael is one of the 6 hotels linked to the first Integrated Resort in Singapore. Its unique designer lifestyle features signature artworks and interior design by famed designer and architect Michael Graves including a collection of his favourite objects, from lamps to crockery and lounge chairs to carpet. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned property in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities and lift access. The establishment also comprises an auditorium, casino, games room, caf, bar, pub, breakfast/dining room and conference facilities. Internet access and room service are additionally provided and for a fee guests may take advantage of the laundry service and car park.

Located on Sentosa Island, the hotel is a mere 10-minute drive from Singapore's Central Business District and is easily accessible via reliable, convenient and extremely affordable modes of transportation like buses, the MRT rail system, cabs and cars. Guests can take a leisurely stroll to VivoCity (about 10 minutes). Palawan Beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. Singapore Changi Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km.

The main concept of the rooms is the unique lifestyle featuring signature artworks and interior design by Michael Graves, for instance, the circular shower, hand drawn murals by the designer and stunning mosaic-tile wall. Wireless Internet connection is available in the rooms with a fee. All rooms are en suite and equipped with a hairdryer, double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and radio. Furthermore, a safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated air conditioning feature as standard.

Being a part of the Integrated Resort, there are 3 main attractions: Universal Studios Singapore, which offers more rides and attractions than Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Japan; FestiveWalk, a world-class entertainment boulevard; and Marine Life Park, which showcases the wonders of the sea, and a casino. Guests may enjoy use of the outdoor swimming pool, children's swimming area, poolside snack bar, sun loungers and gym. For a fee guests are pampered with massage and spa treatments. Sentosa Golf Club is roughly 10 minutes away via public transport.

The hotel features a restaurant. A buffet breakfast is served from 7 am to 10:30 am. A la carte lunch and dinner are served from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and 6 pm to 10:30 pm, respectively.
