Visited family and friends, a little dusty but understandable due to construction. Great rooms and environment. Will definitely come back.

Breakfast area in restaurant could have been cleaner. Crockery and cutlery often dirty. Very disappointed that we had to pay 10 dollars a day car parking at the hotel. It was expensive enough to stay there. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

As mentioned, a restaurant and bar would definitely inhance the overall experience. Typically when one travels, we prefer not to have to get in a car to locate food and entertainment.

I Love that it was away from the traffic. it was very quite.

This hotel is a great escape from the surrounding area. Access to downtown is good, with the free shuttle. Rooms were great and the view of the city and sun rise were super. Nearby Reef Restaurant is a must.

I had a great time. The view was great. The location was slightly secluded and the free shuttle to the downtown was very convenient! Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

The convenience of the bus and aqua bus for hotel guests and my dog was great. Great location and view. Not really enough parking since alot of cars took 2 spaces. Should not charge additional to hotel guests for parking since we didn't even drive out. They did not have any special bowl or bed but they allowed my dog (for one charge)without any hassle.

The Coast Long Beach was the perfect place to stay for meetings at the port. My water side room had a great view. The air conditioning unit was loud but effective. Bathroom was nicely appointed. Plenty of closet and storage space. Comfortable nights sleep. Upscaled decor. Small refrigerator provided.

There were great views of the bay. Night lights of the city were beautiful. It was a little hard to find but located close to local attractions. Room was clean, large and well-appointed. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Security was good. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

The Coast Long Beach is a great location, just off the beaten path of downtown Long Beach, but convenient to everything one would want to enjoy in and around the area. With a great water view, one can get a great feel for the Pike, the Aquarium and everything else downtown offers. rooms are comfortable and spacious with great decks for enjoying the evening and morning air.

the coast hotel, long beach was really worth the price i paid for a bay view room. the room was very clean and comfortable. the view was beautiful. at night i could look accross the bay and see buildings and even a ferris wheel all lit up. the bridge that is near the hotel lights up at night in different colors. i could sit out on the balcony and watch the tide come in and go out. you can also go out on the grounds and see the queen mary, and the marina. i really enjoyed my stay, it was a week-end to remember.

Very nice view from the room. Quiet place and the location was very good. It was so comfortable to get to downtown by bus for free.

The Coast Long Beach was a great place to stay! Another student and I were in the area by ourselves for a professional convention and we asked the staff (who at the time happened to be 2 people probably in their 20's) about places to go out, and they went above and beyond giving us suggestions and hot spots, and how to get there! One of the girls even said she would have taken us out if she didn't have to work! The food in the hotel was good, and the bathrooms looked very nice! Beautiful view of the city! THe hotel is located on the other side of the bay from Long Beach, so if you're not driving, there is free public transportation provided by the city that takes you all around town and makes stops at the hotel. Transportation from the Coast by use of this can be lengthy. The hotel is nice, but somewhat secluded. Would definetly stay there again!

We stayed at the coast long beach both before and after our carnival cruise. Nice rooms and great location 3 minutes to cruise dock. Free shuttle to downtown area and waterfront restraunts. Front desk personel were really helpful. pool was great with fabulous view. Rooms were huge also with a great view. price was great for this location.

Our expectations were met and even exceeded with this hotel. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size, with a balcony overlooking the harbour and the Queen Mary. The bathroom was a treat with the marble around the bathing area and floor. It was very close to downtown Long Beach. The food and staff in the hotel restaurant were very good. Fitness facility had everything you needed. We'll definitely be back.

The location of the Coast Hotel Long Beach make it a destination hotel. We were there only one night, but plan to return for a long weekend vacation. There seemed so much around to do, from the Queen Mary in the same area to water taxis to shopping. Can't wait. The room was reasonably priced and very clean.

My wife and I have, over the years, taken a three day trip from Denver to LA to visit relatives for thanksgiving. We usually stay at hotels in the Coastal Mesa area but this time I pulled this hotel just to do something different. I had never seen or heard of the Coastal Long Beach hotel; and of course, my wife gave me the '20 why questions' routine, most especially 'why so far from her favorite shopping center'. Later, as we headed for LAX after checking out, my wife asked me if I had flown into the Long Beach airport since she would be coming back several times just to spend a couple of days at The Coastal Long Beach hotel.
