Hotel from hell.This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, by a mile. We arrived on time and were greeted by a female who was rude and unwelcoming. She demanded our passports and huffed and puffed at every action. We went to our rooms to find the walls were covered in squashed dead insects (plus blood marks) and the floor was dirty. It was very basic with two old beds and electric sockets hanging off the wall. The bathroom had mold and was very, very dirty. The only plus was a pretty good air con unit. We had three rooms and all were as bad as each other. Although one smelt like 1000 fags had just been smoked in it and we asked for a change. Again the reception girl huffed and puffed and eventually swapped the room.There seemed to be a very harsh treatment on guests and even the quietest of conversations in the corridor was met by a group of aggresive staff warning you to be quiet or else. I can understand that some groups can be rowdy but we could have been given a polite ask first. Most guests seemed pretty respectible and polite.A couple of days in after deciding to stick with the hotel, we took a picnic down to the grass area near the pool. After about half an hour, a very aggresive member of staff came storming over and seized all our food and drink, making threatening gestures in Spanish. We tried to ask why and he ignored us. There were no signs saying no food and drink and every other person round the pool was eating and drinking. He could have asked us to remov our things, which we would have done, but no he threw everything in the bin and laughed at us as he walked away. We decided not to stop him as I suspect he would have called the police and the holiday could have been over. We can't understand why they have provided fridges in the rooms, when you can't eat or drink anything from it. There were several other occasions where staff were obstructive and impolite and even when we checked out, we were ignored by the reception girl.I really feel that
