Good value for moneyThe hotel offered good value for money, given it's central location. The room was clean, but slightly run down, however had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The staff offered a friendly service, and the breakfast which was included in the price was nice. If looking for somewhere cheap, but central to stay in Granada would recommend this hotel.

smelly roomRoom stank of cigarette smoke - we couldn't get rid of it! We had requested a non-smoking room. Staff not particularly welcoming. Breakfast OK.

OK if you are a chain smokerRoom was grubby. Towels were greasy and didn't look clean. The room stank of cigarrettes (we had asked for non-smoking). The smell was in the curtains, the bed clothes and was just impossible to get rid of. We'll not be rushing back here.

Very helpful reception staff. Inside room excellent but would have been better to have a room with a view out of the window. Cafe excellent.

Good value for money basic hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice location. I enjoyed the view of he monastry from my room. Iwould use this hotel again.
